坦克数据通讯网中的协议分析

通过对坦克车内局域网1553B协议的分析,并与一般计算机通信标准局域网做对比,指出不能用标准局域网协议和纶构取代1553B协议。参考 ISO开放系统互连的协议模型,对1553B协议进行了分层设计和进一步构想。     

局部线性估计在半参数条件矩中的应用

半参数方法在计量经济领域有着广泛的应用，但由于其既有参数变量，又有未知函数，因此采用条件矩限制和Sieve方法来得到其参数估计是一个比较好的方法。作为一种非参数回归方法，局部线性估计具有优良的统计特性，因此本文用它来得到条件矩的一个非参数估计，并在此基础上证明了估计参数的一致性和收敛速率。     

面向飞参数据处理应用的数据平滑算法对比

对飞参原始记录数据进行预处理是有效利用飞参数据的基础。介绍了三种典型数据平滑算法的原理,建立仿真航线,并以飞参经度和纬度通道数据为例,对三种平滑算法的处理效果进行了对比研究。结果表明,当误差服从正态分布以及广义正态分布时,通过选取适当参数,Vondrak算法相对于滑动平均和加权局部多项式回归算法具有明显优势,从而为飞参原始记录数据的预处理算法选择提供了参考。     

Civilian Cooperation and Non-Cooperation with Non-State Armed Groups: The Centrality of Obedience and Resistance

Abstract

Terms like ‘support’ and ‘collaboration’ are often used interchangeably to denote a loose set of acts or attitudes that benefit non-state armed groups (NSAGs). However, these terms are seldom defined, and the alternatives available to civilians are rarely identified. Moreover, existing approaches overlook that the interaction between civilians and NSAGs is often one between ruler and ruled, which makes obedience and resistance central. This paper proposes to conceptualize the choices available to civilians as forms of cooperation and non-cooperation, offers a typology, and discusses the implications for theory building on civilian and NSAG behavior, and on the functioning of armed social orders.     

Local defence forces and counterinsurgency in Afghanistan: learning from the CIA's Village Defense Program in South Vietnam

Some scholars would have us believe that the distinctions between military and policing roles, methods and objectives have become increasingly blurred by the security demands of a post-Cold War and post-11 September global and domestic order. This article explores the current state of the police–military divide through a conceptual and case study analysis. It concludes that, in this case, there is some conflation occurring at a macro-level as international and domestic affairs have become increasingly indistinct, but the article also demonstrates that the actual ethos and practice of these agencies still differs strongly. Most importantly, the article argues that this distinction is in fact a very useful one in planning for future peace support operations

用混合有限元模型分析船体振动问题研究

对混合有限元模型应用于船体振动分析的方法进行了讨论,并建立了某船的混合有限元模型,分别对其船体总振动和局部振动进行了计算.计算结果表明,混合有限元模型的总振动计算结果略小于迁移矩阵法,而局部振动计算结果与孤立模型存在较大差异.     

爆炸成型弹丸侵彻靶板的数值仿真

基于LS-DYNA的动力学分析通用有限元程序,对爆炸成型弹丸形成和侵彻靶板过程进行了数值仿真。建立了数值仿真模型,利用数值模拟技术实现了弹丸的形成以及不同药型罩结构对爆炸成型弹丸形成的影响,实现了侵彻过程中弹丸的变形与靶板的破坏状况可视化,同时对仿真结果进行了分析。通过对爆炸成型弹丸侵彻靶板的数值仿真,为开展爆炸成型弹丸毁伤机理研究奠定了良好的基础。     

基于NTP协议的一种校时实现及相关算法

提出一种基于NTP协议的系统校时实现方法及相关算法,将该算法用于大型电子信息系统中,以外部精确时间源和系统中若干台稳定主机构造NTP服务器群,并用NTP服务器群对系统中其它所有网络主机进行精确校时,得到了毫秒级的校时精度。     

沉浸式虚拟维修仿真中的穿越处理问题研究

沉浸式虚拟维修环境下,物体间发生穿越的碰撞问题可以分为3类:1点接触,2点接触和3点及3点以上接触。采用改变碰撞物体的运动方向和距离的方式来避免物体间穿越现象的发生。并以实例的方式对其有效性进行了验证。
