针对马赫数为6的一级高超声速巡航飞行器的动力需求,提出涡轮/亚燃冲压/双模态超燃冲压组合动力(T/RJ/DMSJ)和射流预冷涡轮/亚燃冲压/双模态超燃冲压组合动力(PCT/RJ/DMSJ)两种方案。在给定的飞行任务下,分析起飞推重比分别为0.8和1.0时,飞行器完成任务时的航程和飞行时间,并对比了PCT/RJ/DMSJ在两种工作模态下的性能。研究结果表明:在相同的起飞推重比下,两种组合动力方案的航程和飞行时间相差不大。当起飞推重比为0.8时,采用PCT/RJ/DMSJ组合动力方案比T/RJ/DMSJ组合动力方案的航程高出3.6%,飞行时间高出3.8%;当起飞推重比为1.0时,PCT/RJ/DMSJ的航程和飞行时间比T/RJ/DMSJ的分别高出4.6%和4.8%。在小推重比下,跨声速段的燃料消耗和飞行时间占整个加速爬升段的比例较大,随着推重比的增加,这个比例减小,巡航可用的燃料比例增大,巡航距离增加,提高起飞推重比可以提高超声速飞行器的航程并缩短飞行时间。  相似文献

ABSTRACT

Since emerging as China’s top leader following the 18th Party Congress, Xi Jinping has moved swiftly to consolidate his formal authority as Central Military Commission chairman over the Chinese People’s Liberation Army. In redressing the civil-military imbalance wrought by Dengist economic reforms, the commander-in-chief has combined institutional mechanisms with the use of fear to impose authoritative civilian control over the military. This paper proposes that a combination of changes to the Chinese strategic environment has contributed to Xi’s utility of the anti-corruption campaign to purge the regime’s coercive forces of its previous underpinnings, and advances that the war on military malfeasance has given rise to a new set of dynamics in civil-military relations in post-Reform China.  相似文献

为了实现交流感应电动机高性能调速,快速跟踪变化的负载转矩,对静止两相αβ坐标系中的电动机数学模型精确反馈线性化,实现转速和转子磁链系统的完全解耦。针对解耦的转速和磁链子系统的设计2个结构完全相同的自抗扰控制器,实现对转速和磁链的完全独立控制。实验研究表明:电动机转速和磁链分别大约在0.7 s和0.3 s时达到参考值;负载转矩的变化将引起转速7 rad·s~(-1)范围内的变化,但磁链仍保持给定值;当转速稳定时,电磁转矩在1 s时间内能快速跟踪变化的负载转矩,其超调量不超过20 N·m;控制系统能适应转子电阻±10%和定子电阻+10%范围的变化。  相似文献

ABSTRACT

The Chinese People’s Liberation Army (PLA) is halfway through a multi-decade modernization process. It has begun a major restructuring effort as it shifts its focus from a traditional continental defensive posture to a more maritime-oriented emphasis. In order to create more balanced joint force, it has adjusted the structure of its highest command organization, the Central Military Commission; abolished the former four General Departments and seven Military Regions; created five new joint Theater Commands and service-level commands for the Army and Rocket Force; and is reducing the size of its active duty force by 300,000 personnel. While seeking to overcome numerous internal obstacles, the PLA continues to develop and improve its capabilities to conduct integrated joint operations to deter a variety of threats to China’s sovereignty and territory and, if deterrence fails, to win informationized local war.  相似文献

We study an admission control model in revenue management with nonstationary and correlated demands over a finite discrete time horizon. The arrival probabilities are updated by current available information, that is, past customer arrivals and some other exogenous information. We develop a regret‐based framework, which measures the difference in revenue between a clairvoyant optimal policy that has access to all realizations of randomness a priori and a given feasible policy which does not have access to this future information. This regret minimization framework better spells out the trade‐offs of each accept/reject decision. We proceed using the lens of approximation algorithms to devise a conceptually simple regret‐parity policy. We show the proposed policy achieves 2‐approximation of the optimal policy in terms of total regret for a two‐class problem, and then extend our results to a multiclass problem with a fairness constraint. Our goal in this article is to make progress toward understanding the marriage between stochastic regret minimization and approximation algorithms in the realm of revenue management and dynamic resource allocation. © 2016 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 自适应天线在波束形成过程中会引起天线相位中心变化,针对这一问题,提出一种基于可用波束的自适应天线相位中心评估方法。该方法分为三步:设置天线的可用波束门限;在干扰来向均匀分布下,得到天线可用波束门限内相位方向图集合;利用最小二乘法对相位方向图集合进行拟合得到自适应天线的平均相位中心变化量。运用该方法对四种典型的四元阵相位中心进行对比仿真,结果表明,算法可以快速有效地对自适应天线相位中心性能进行评估。另外,通过设置适当的可用波束门限,可以提高自适应天线的相位中心性能。算法的评估结果可以作为GNSS高精度自适应天线阵型选择依据。  相似文献

价层电子对互斥理论在推测分子构型方面有着广泛的应用,是现代分子结构理论的一个重要知识点,通过简洁的数学推导证明了分子构型与价层电子对之间的对应关系,并根据解析几何学分析多面体各顶点与其中心的距离,借以判断多原子分子中中心原子的孤对电子应处的位置,其结论完全符合价层电子对互斥理论的预测。  相似文献

等效载噪比是全球导航卫星系统接收机捕获、数据解调和跟踪性能的重要指标。近年来,研究人员取得大量以等效载噪比为指标的干扰影响分析研究成果,但鲜有等效载噪比适应性分析。为此,展开等效载噪比适应性研究。在推导单频干扰下接收机等效载噪比和误码率模型基础上,得出特定条件下等效载噪比评估数据解调性能失效的结论。同时,深入分析等效载噪比失效的机理,给出等效载噪比指标的适用条件。仿真实验验证了理论分析的正确性。  相似文献

A key organizational challenge for all modern militaries is instituting an effective command-and-control (C2) structure for joint operations. China has been a relative latecomer to joint operations, with a persistent weakness in joint C2. Reforms launched in early 2016 sought to overcome this challenge by establishing a permanent two-level joint C2 structure. Although not a ‘tipping point’ that will lead ineluctably to stronger operational effectiveness, this reform is nonetheless an important milestone in an evolutionary process towards better PLA joint operations. The result could be added operational challenges for several of China’s neighbors and the United States.  相似文献

When the US Air Force set out to acquire a new aerial tanker (the KC-X), two highly suitable alternatives were offered. What could have been a short and simple source selection turned into a prolonged embarrassment. The original selection of 100 leased KC-767s was made in May 2003. But the KC-46 is expected to be operational in 2017 – more than a decade later. Our primary purpose here is to narrate and explain key events in the KC-X program. We search for useful paradigms, based in part on the US Government being better viewed as a quarrelsome committee than a monopsonist. In addition, we consider what this case might tell us about the US defense acquisition system.  相似文献
