一个实用的高速串行数据传输系统

本文根据雷达性能综合自动检测系统的要求,设计了一套实用的串行数据传输系统,其最大传输速率为1.5×10~5bit/s ,此系统可作为一个通用的串行数据传输系统,应用于传输速率≤1.5×10~5bit/s范围内的其它系统。

Design of accelerated life testing plans under multiple stresses

Accelerated life testing (ALT) using multiple stresses is commonly used in practice to resemble the operating stresses at normal operating conditions and obtain failure observations in a much shorter time. However, to date, there is little research into the theory of planning ALT for reliability estimation with multiple stresses. ALT with multiple stresses can result in a large number of stress‐level combinations which presents a challenge for implementation. In this article, we propose an approach for the design of ALT plans with multiple stresses and formulate multistress test plans based on different objectives and practical constraints. We develop a simulated annealing algorithm to efficiently determine the testing plan parameters. We demonstrate the proposed method with examples based on an actual test conducted using three stress types. Technical and proliferation‐related aspects of the dismantlement of Russian Alfa‐Class nuclear submarines

When does a state become a “nuclear weapon state”? How we choose to answer this question has significant implications for proliferation assessment, analysis, and policy. Traditionally, the standard demarcation line has been a state's first nuclear test, but in recent years analysts have increasingly focused instead on the accumulation of a significant quantity (SQ) of fissile material. The article argues that although the test/no-test indicator clearly has problems, its replacement by the SQ/no-SQ indicator would be highly counterproductive. The article instead proposes supplementing the traditional test/no-test indicator with a theory-driven approach that focuses on the incentives and disincentives to test.

末端防御武器平台炮控性能检测方法

末端防御武器平台炮控系统性能的好坏直接影响首发命中率和射击反应时间等重要战技指标,在设计试验阶段,对其炮控性能进行检测是必不可少的环节。采用基于三棱锥模型的炮控性能检测方法,建立了三棱锥计算模型并进行Matlab仿真分析以及检测精度分析,从而验证了其工作原理及可行性,满足武器平台炮控性能检测的要求。     

潜艇螺旋桨区域腐蚀电场模型特征及奇异峰成因分析

针对边界元法推算潜艇腐蚀电场分布时边界条件影响电场信号特征,导致螺旋桨区域产生奇异峰现象的问题,以实测船用921合金钢和镍青铜螺旋桨材料极化曲线作为建模边界条件,重点对比分析了恒电位和非线性边界条件下的电场特征,并通过建立阻抗谱参数下的船壳-螺旋桨电化学阻抗等效电路,分析了潜艇腐蚀电场螺旋桨区域产生奇异峰的原因。仿真结果表明:潜艇电场特征分布及螺旋桨区域奇异峰现象与船体材料电化学极化状态有关,合理设定非线性极化边界参数可达到削弱奇异峰现象、平滑腐蚀电场模型的效果。     

激波/湍流边界层干扰中的自适应控制技术

从激波/湍流边界层干扰机理以及流动控制的迫切需求入手,从自适应涡流发生器、自适应鼓包、自适应微射流以及自适应次流循环四个方面对激波/湍流边界层干扰中的自适应控制技术研究进展进行了总结。分析认为,结合AI技术发展自适应流动控制技术,加速控制方式智能化,可作为新一代高超声速飞行器宽速域飞行的重要技术手段。具体来说,就是通过调节外加激励对高超声速飞行器不同区域实现局部流动加/减速、气动热防护、气动控制等功能,根据流场参数建立控制反馈回路,自适应调整局部流场结构,以满足工程实际需求。     

武警“合训”院校大学英语教学形成性评估探析

将形成性评估恰当地运用到大学英语课堂,能显著改善教学效果,有效弥补当前武警“合训”院校大学英语教学与测试的一些不足。从分析大学英语教学中的形成性评估的重要性着手,指出形成性评估中存在的问题及原因,并提出了一些设想和方案。
