采用正交分集的灵巧噪声干扰对抗方法

针对数字射频存储干扰机多通道宽带转发模式下的灵巧噪声干扰,提出了基于混沌调制信号、多谐波相位调制线性调频信号的正交分集抗干扰方法。混沌调制信号与多谐波相位调制线性调频信号具有"图钉"形模糊函数,除了具有良好的距离、多普勒分辨力,还对回波频率敏感,通过正交分集设计,能够更好地适应宽带转发灵巧噪声干扰。通过计算机仿真对新方法的抗干扰性能进行了分析和验证,结果表明:在多通道宽带转发灵巧噪声干扰环境下,新方法的抗干扰改善因子能够达到10 d B以上,抗干扰性能明显优于传统的频率捷变、斜率捷变方法。     

基于StarBus的对象事务服务的设计与实现

在分布式计算环境中，对象事务服务（ＯｂｊｅｃｔＴｒａｎｓａｃｔｉｏｎＳｅｒｖｉｃｅ简称ＯＴＳ）对于提高分布式系统的开发效率具有重要意义。设计与实现一个高效的对象事务服务的关键在于克服网络阻塞的问题，本文着眼于一种基于面向对象传值语义的设计方法，可以有效地减少网络阻塞，适合于企业级应用。     

灵巧弹药半实物仿真系统及模型

针对灵巧弹药在现代战争中的地位,论述了半实物仿真系统在灵巧弹药研制中的作用以及系统组成和工作原理,并针对现有EFPM3003三轴电动转台伺服控制系统进行数学模型简化研究,然后用MATLAB对简化模型给出了响应曲线和误差曲线,并对仿真结果进行了分析,结果表明所建立的数学模型是可行的,可适用于灵巧弹药的动态计算机仿真实验。     

美军几种有效提高频谱利用率的技术

文中简要介绍了美军的几种可有效提高频谱利用率的技术,如基于信号传播控制的频谱复用技术:定向天线和组网;利用信号问差异的频谱复用技术:扩展频谱、信号极化和智能天线等。文中对这些技术的特征以及应用于频谱复用时的特点作了简要阐述。     

Coordination mechanisms for a three‐stage reverse supply chain to increase profitable returns

In this article, we consider a generic electronic product that can be remanufactured or recycled at the end of its life cycle to generate new profit. We first describe the product return process and then present a customer segmentation model to capture consumers' different behaviors with respect to product return so that the retailer can work more effectively to increase the return volume. In regard to the collaboration between the retailer and the manufacturer, we explore a revenue‐sharing coordination mechanism for achieving a win‐win outcome. The optimality and sensitivity of the critical parameters in four strategies are obtained and examined both theoretically and numerically, which generate insights on how to manage an efficient consumer‐retailer‐manufacturer reverse supply chain, as well as on the feasibility of simplifying such a three‐stage chain structure. © 2012 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 实务中有不少涉外经济合同纠纷是因各方对合同文字的理解不一而引起的,究其原因,主要是起草者对合同语言的特殊性缺乏应有的了解,结果导致合同语言的模糊性和不确定性。本文从词法、句法及篇章等三个层面对英文经贸合同语言的特殊性及其变化规律进行探讨,以期能有助于对此类合同的理解和起草。

Models for production planning under power interruptions

We present a robust optimization model for production planning under the assumption that electricity supply is subject to uncertain interruptions caused by participation in interruptible load contracts (ILCs). The objective is to minimize the cost of electricity used for production while providing a robust production plan which ensures demand satisfaction under all possible interruption scenarios. The combinatorial size of the set of interruption scenarios makes this a challenging problem. Furthermore, we assume that no probabilistic information is known about the supply uncertainty: we only use the information given in the ILC to identify an uncertainty set that captures the possible scenarios. We construct a general robust framework to handle this uncertainty and present a heuristic to compute a good feasible solution of the robust model. We provide computational experiments on a real‐world example and compare the performance of an exact solver applied to the robust model with that of the heuristic procedure. Finally, we include the operational impact of interruptions such as “recovery modes” in the definition of the uncertainty set. © 2013 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Naval Research Logistics, 2013     

Boko Haram insurgency in Northern Nigeria and the vicious cycle of internal insecurity

The phenomenon of the Boko Haram insurgency in Northern Nigeria has generated many security concerns. This article explores the implications of the Boko Haram insurgency in Northern Nigeria for internal security. The article, which relies on a study of secondary sources of data, reveals that the insurgency has spawned varied implications such as an international image crisis, huge economic losses, a health and humanitarian crisis, a huge burden on the security apparatuses, arms proliferation, and endangered national unity. It holds that the insurgency is essentially interlinked with a breakdown of the social contract manifested in opportunistic behavior, economic stagnation, and lack of functioning institutional mechanisms for policy conduct and conflict resolution. Owing to the security menace posed by the insurgency, the article recommends that the root causes of the insurgency should be tackled rather than relying on reactive measures that cannot guarantee enduring peace and internal security.
