禅宗思想对诗教审美文化的突破与超越

我国古代禅宗思想巧妙地实现了中国本土的儒道思想和西土印度的佛教思想的完美结合，同时也对我国古代语文教育产生了极大的影响。禅宗是真正中国化的佛教，它在审美主体意识、审美心理历程、审美修养途径、审美境界等方面突破与超越了我国古代的诗教审美文化，为我国当前的语文教育提供了有益的思考和启示。

在历史的积淀中，各族人民创造了丰富多彩的民俗文化，这种独特的文化又对人们产生了深远的影响。笔者在学习了民俗学理论的基础上，对民俗有了一些粗浅的认识，即民俗是历史积淀的产物，它具有浓郁的地域特色。体现出民族和信仰的多样性，是通过文化进行记录和传承并不断变化和发展的一种社会现象。

文化认同悖论及对兵团文化发展的影响

文化认同本质上是一种价值选择与体认。“兵团人”以“爱国奉献”作为自己的价值选择在形成高度文化认同的同时，也创造了独特的兵团文化。在文化全球化发展的今天，经济对文化发展的影响日益显著。在区域经济与文化发展日益不平衡的背景下，兵团人对兵团文化的认同正面临着挑战。理性客观分析“兵团人”在文化认同上所面临的挑战，既有助于兵团文化的进一步发展，也有利于为兵团经济社会的发展提供持久的精神动力。     

“Respect” as a personal attribute in the British Army

This article describes the results of research into the social phenomenon of “respect” as framed by junior members of the British Army, as part of a wider study into the Values and Standards of the British Army. This research was interview based, using qualitative analysis software to detect, manage, and draw conclusions from the qualitative data recorded in those interviews. The data indicated that the primary situation in which “respect” was visualised by the participants was the unit context, and that it comprised a combination of three different strands: respect for rank or “hierarchical respect,” “professional respect” for a person's military competence, and “personal respect” for an individual's character, personal behaviour, and attributes. The overall respect that an individual is given arises from the combination of these three areas. “Respect” as a concept was, in the soldiers’ characterisation, something that had to be earned (except for the “given” represented by rank) and was not stable: a person's fund of respect could go up or down in social value. Respect was also linked to trust: the more respect a person had, the more they could be trusted. Although the unit context was the primary one for discussing their framing of the concept of respect, many of the participants reported a wider dimension in which every human being deserves a basic level of respect simply for being human, and this level could not be forfeited.

针对维修备件供应保障费用较高、管理难度较大等问题,借助自主式保障(AL)理念设计了面向AL的维修备件调度与供应优化框架,提出面向AL的战略级仓库维修备件供应优化思路。在此基础上,为了解决战略级仓库备件供应路线规划不科学、弥补半定量经验方法不足的情况,建立了带混合时间窗的多供应地——多需求地维修备件供应路线优化模型,设计了求解模型的GA-SA混合算法。最后运用算例进行了说明。     

Is strategic studies narrow? Critical security and the misunderstood scope of strategy

Critical security advocates commonly portray strategic studies as crippled by its narrow focus on Cold War-era military issues, as state-centric and as Western-centric. I argue that this conception of the scope of strategy is flawed and I offer a comprehensive rebuttal by working out the logic of the theories advanced by Carl von Clausewitz and Thomas Schelling. The proponents of critical security overlook the striking expansion of strategy during the Cold War, its longstanding inclusion of competing political actors not just states, as well as its capacity to put Western and non-Western actors in a common analytic frame. By breaking out of the conceptual jails in which strategy has been incarcerated, I seek to reconnect International Relations to strategic thought from which it has become increasingly estranged.     

French Exception or Western Variation? A Historical Look at the French Irregular Way of War

ABSTRACT

This article aims at challenging the notion of a French exception in the realm of irregular warfare, suggesting that it rather amounts to a western variation. Born out of a transatlantic community under British influence, the French irregular experience carried on through the early Cold War challenges, strengthening France’s ties with its Western allies. France’s subsequent involvement in post-colonial counter-insurgencies did contribute to generating some specific strategic features, although never totally disconnected from international circulation. Finally, the post-Cold War order significantly drove French irregular warfare back into its Western fold through the adoption of US- and NATO-sponsored concepts and doctrines, thus enhancing interoperability and some degree of standardisation.     

Missile defense and strategic stability: Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) in South Korea

South Korea is threatened by its troubled relationship with North Korea. North Korea possesses a large cache of missiles as well as chemical and biological weapons, and the future potential to mount nuclear weapons on its missiles. The United States is also challenged because of its defense commitments to Seoul. As a countermeasure, the United States and South Korea decided to deploy Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) missile defenses in South Korea. However, China has objected. Chinese scholars believe the THAAD radar would be able to track Chinese inter-continental ballistic missiles, thereby weakening their deterrent. A technical analysis does not support this assertion. However, it is vital for South Korea, given its proximity and economic interdependence, to reassure China. South Korea should highlight that THAAD will be deployed by the United States Forces Korea and is not a commitment by Seoul to become part of U.S.-led missile defenses in the Asia-Pacific.
