面向决策的一体化建模方法及其在兵力筹划中的应用

在对军事决策问题的主要特点进行分析的基础上,提出从军事概念模型到数学模型再到定性推理模型的一体化建模思想.以空军航空兵遂行直接航空火力支援任务为想定背景,根据EATI模板,利用基于UML的Rose工具依次对想定任务的实体、任务、交互等进行分析;对于兵力筹划中的结构化问题建立了机会约束多目标规划数学模型;对于非结构化问题则构造了推理机,推理机体现了定量与定性相结合的决策分析思想.最后,以一个实例验证文章思路的可行性.     

网络化装备维修保障概念与体系结构研究

摘要：针对传统的装备维修保障理论不能适应现代装备发展的问题,在网络技术高速发展的今天,提出了网络化装备维修保障的概念．主要探讨了网络化维修保障的概念和特点、网络化维修保障理念与传统维修保障理念的关系、网络化维修保障体系构想等问题．对网络化装备维修保障的概念和体系进行了初步的定义和分析,为进一步研究网络化维修保障理论奠定了基础．     

Institutionalizing supreme command: explaining political–military integration in the Vietnam War, 1964–1968

Under what conditions can leaders achieve wartime political–military integration? In the Vietnam War, political–military integration exhibited dramatic variation: in the air war, the US was able to tightly integrate its political objectives and military conduct, but in the ground war, the American military prosecuted a strategy that was both divorced from broader political objectives and was immune from Washington's influence. I argue that the nature of information management between the military and civilian leadership explains the pattern of political–military integration in the Vietnam War more completely than do explanations that focus on the organizational cultures of professional militaries.     

基于CPU-GPU混合计算平台的RNA二级结构预测算法并行化研究

RNA二级结构预测是生物信息学领域重要的研究方向,基于最小自由能模型的Zuker算法是目前该领域最典型使用最广泛的算法之一。本文基于CPU GPU的混合计算平台实现了对Zuker算法的并行和加速。根据CPU和GPU计算性能的差异,通过合理的任务分配策略,实现二者之间的并行协作计算和处理单元间的负载平衡;针对CPU和GPU的不同硬件特性,对Zuker算法在CPU和GPU上的实现分别采取了不同的并行优化方法,提高了混合加速系统的计算性能。实验结果表明,CPU处理单元在混合系统中承担了14%以上的计算任务,与传统的多核CPU并行方案相比,采用混合并行加速方法可获得15.93的全局加速比;与最优的单纯GPU加速方案相比,可获得16%的性能提升,并且该混合计算方案可用于对其它生物信息学序列分析应用的并行和加速。     

基于变结构方法的空空导弹鲁棒逆控制律设计

为克服动态逆控制严重依赖被控对象精确数学模型且鲁棒性较差的缺点,将动态逆与变结构方法相结合采用双环结构设计了空空导弹鲁棒动态逆控制律.将导弹飞行状态划分成快慢2个回路,慢回路(外环)采用变结构控制,并设计扩张状态观测器,对外环中的不确定性进行估计;快回路(内环)采用动态逆控制.仿真结果表明,所设计的控制律具有较好的动态特性和鲁棒性能.     

输入式记忆对英语写作能力的正迁移实证研究

本文利用跟踪调查,试验对照的形式,结合SPSS对数据加以分析,在实证研究的基础上,揭示输入式记忆对提高大学生英语写作能力的正迁移和输入式记忆科学、合理地应用于写作教学对学生写作能力的促进作用。     

轻量级SpaceFibre节点高速传输系统的优化设计

为满足卫星有效载荷间SpaceFibre链路的高带宽、高可靠性和轻量化的应用需求,提出一种SpaceFibre节点传输系统的优化设计。该设计采用基于帧累计的增量化计算方法减少了计算电路的冗余;通过四级流水架构满足了错误检测操作的时序要求,使用循环冗余校验共享机制平衡了硬件资源的使用;采取基于完整应答的双层控制策略提升了系统的可靠性,通过构建面向资源优化的控制状态机和存储架构简化了确认重传算法的实现逻辑。使用型号为XC7Z100FFG900-2的FPGA搭建双节点系统,板级验证表明:该设计满足协议规范,与同类设计方案相比,最高工作频率提高1.5倍,支持最高6.25 Gbit/s的传输速率,查找表资源和存储资源降低,寄存器资源相近,为开发具有自主知识产权的高速可靠SpaceFibre编解码器提供了参考。     

Sandwich structure for enhancing the interface reaction of hexanitrohexaazaisowurtzitane and nanoporous carbon scaffolds film to improve the thermal decomposition performance

Improving the thermal decomposition performance of hexanitrohexaazaisowurtzitane (CL-20) by appropriate methods is helpful to promote the combustion performance of CL-20-based solid propellants. In this study, we synthesized a sandwich structure of CL-20 and nanoporous carbon scaffolds film (NCS) and emphatically studied the thermal decomposition performance of the composite structure. Thermogravimetric analysis and differential scanning calorimetry were used to measure the thermal decomposition process of the composite structure. The kinetic parameters of thermal decomposition were calculated by the thermal dynamic analysis software AKTS. These results showed that the thermal decomposition performance of the sandwich structure of CL-20 and NCS was better than CL-20. Among the tested samples, NCS with a pore size of 15 nm had the best catalytic activity for the thermal decomposition of CL-20. Moreover, the thermal decomposition curve of the composite structure at the heating rate of 1 K/min was deconvoluted by mathematical method to study the thermal decomposition process. And a possible catalytic mechanism was proposed. The excellent thermal decomposition performance is due to the sandwich structure enhances the interface reaction of CL-20 and NCS. This work may promote the extensive use of CL-20 in the field of solid rocket propellant.     

基于价值工程的装备体系建设费用结构优化方法研究

科学、合理地配置费用对于加强装备体系建设、提高军队战斗力具有重要的现实意义。文章介绍了价值工程的基本原理,建立了基于价值工程的装备体系建设费用结构优化模型,并引入强制确定(Forced Decision)法,通过实例讨论了优化方法的可行性和实用性。     

浅析信息化体系结构在潜艇装备维修保障中的应用

分析了武器装备维修保障信息化的基本内涵,阐述了信息化体系结构的基本概念,在分析目前主流的信息化体系结构的基础上,对构建潜艇武器装备维修保障信息化体系结构需要解决的主要问题进行论述,并给出基于美国国防部体系结构框架规范的潜艇武器装备维修保障信息化业务活动模型。
