预警探测体系作战效能评估框架

首先阐述了预警探测体系及其效能评估的概念,根据预警探测体系及其作战任务的特点,建立了效能评价指标体系,并给出了部分效能指标的评估计算模型,最后提出了预警探测体系作战效能评估的框架和一般过程.     

ATIE:一种自适应的可调域间出口选择算法

TIE算法能对域间出口的选择进行调节,但是该算法的参数计算过于复杂,并且出口选择的调节并不能随负载的变化而变化,因此提出了一种自适应的可调域间出口选择算法ATIE,该算法能够满足流量工程和网络健壮性要求,并通过参数T的改变随当前负载的变化而变化.实验表明,ATIE算法能够在控制剖面敏感性和随负载变化的流量工程自适应性上达到合理的折衷.     

REFLECTIONS ON THE INTEGRATION OF THE MILITARY IN SOUTH AFRICA

This paper explores the contribution of the African Union (AU) to human security promotion in Africa. It contends that human security concerns informed the formation of the AU. Through the efforts of the AU Commission, the African ruling elite and policy-makers have become aware of human security doctrines. Human security ideas have been integrated into AU binding agreements, declarations, decisions and policies. The commission is now in the difficult, yet most important, phase of trying to persuade significant numbers of the African ruling elite and civil society to accept human security as a guiding principle and the desirable norm. Through the African Citizens' Directorate (CIDO), the commission is using indigenous African civil society groups to institutionalise human security doctrines in Africa. The commission faces serious challenges in its efforts to make human security the only security norm. While member states of the AU that have never been comfortable with the introduction of human security doctrines into the continental integration project are tacitly undermining the CIDO's ability to work with civil society groups to institutionalise the doctrines in Africa, the leaders who enthusiastically supported the integration of human security doctrines into the documents and work of the AU have seemed in recent times to be less resolute in their support of AU Commission's human security work.

地下工程防水防潮一直是工程界的难题,传统技术存在难根治、易反复的缺点。选择某一洞库进行电渗透技术工程试点研究:先详细介绍电渗透技术和施工工艺情况;再采用在工程内布置电极并施加脉冲电压的方法,利用电场力迫使水分向工程外岩体移动,达到降低工程内部湿度、防水防潮的目的。工程应用表明,电渗透防水防潮技术拥有效果明显、运行费用低等突出优点,具有推广前景。     

多机器人编队控制研究

多机器人编队控制是多机器人协调控制中一个最具有挑战性的研究问题.首先简要概述了多机器人编队问题的研究现状.从面向问题的角度出发,将编队问题分解成编队角色分配、队形生成、队形变换与选择、编队跟踪4个子问题,并针对每个子问题,总结了现有的研究方法.最后,特别强调编队控制中的网络问题并指明未来的研究万向.     

一种基于任务-系统结构的软件可靠性建模方法

针对军用软件特点,提出并定义一种基于任务剖面的软件系统结构准则;基于该准则,给出一种从功能可靠性、事件可靠性到任务可靠性的分层可靠性预计方法。与侧重于数学建模的相关工作不同,该方法更注重在建模中融合软件可靠性设计、测试和管理,成为可靠性保证的一种途径。     

Optimal pricing and scheduling control of product shipping

In this article, we seek to understand how a capacity‐constrained seller optimally prices and schedules product shipping to customers who are heterogeneous on willingness to pay (WTP) and willingness to wait (WTW). The capacity‐constrained seller does not observe each customer's WTP and WTW and knows only the aggregate distributions of WTP and WTW. The seller's problem is modeled as an M/M/N_s queueing model with multiclass customers and multidimensional information screening. We contribute to the literature by providing an optimal and efficient algorithm. Furthermore, we numerically find that customers with a larger waiting cost enjoys a higher scheduling priority, but customers with higher valuation do not necessarily get a higher scheduling priority. © 2015 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 通过全尺寸实火试验和计算机模拟,分析和研究了地下工程火灾环境对无线信号传输效果的影响,并基于无线信号传输常规模型,假设地下工程火灾条件下的无线信号传输的数学模型,得出接受信号强度RSSI值的衰减与温度变化、烟气浓度变化的关系,通过分析数据之间的关系,得出地下工程中火灾环境下的无线信号传输损耗指数的值,最终建立起地下工程火灾环境下的无线信号传输模型.为复杂环境消防通信问题的研究奠定基础.

推进海军装备体系建设领域内军民融合式发展是新形势下加快海军战斗力生成模式转变的重大举措,事关海军长远发展。文章从推进海军武器装备军民融合式发展的重要性入手,分析了当前海军武器装备体系建设领域军民融合工作面临的形势,提出了研建信息交流平台、优化计划编制、更新采办策略、改进合同管理、完善监管手段等对策建议。     

基于复杂适应系统理论的一体化联合作战研究

复杂适应系统理论为我们研究军事系统提供了崭新的视角,避免了传统的基于还原论方法研究军事系统机械分隔忽略系统要素之间相互作用的问题,可以得到军事系统全面准确的认识,对于深入研究一体化联合作战的本质内涵、基本特征和主要方法,尽快形成一体化联合作战的理论体系具有重要意义。文章通过分析军事系统特点得出军事系统是复杂适应系统的结论,在此基础上,从复杂适应系统理论的角度分析了一体化联合作战的内涵及提高军事系统一体化联合作战能力需要重点解决的四个问题。
