混合排队规则的战术装备维修保障系统分析

首先将战术装备维修保障过程描述为M/M/c/k混合规则的排队过程,其损坏装备到达服从相互独立的泊松分布,维修时间服从相互独立的指数分布。同时考虑系统的到达率和维修率随系统中装备数量的变化,重要战损装备等待维修时的不耐烦性以及重要装备对一般装备的强占性优先权情况,结合战术装备维修保障系统的结构和规模,建立战术装备维修保障M/M/3/12排队模型。列出模型的平衡方程,采用矩阵的分析方法得到重要装备和一般装备的稳态分布表达式,并以队长为指标进行了系统性能的计算。     

面向装备全寿命周期的维修发展新特点及技术体系

针对新技术发展及军事装备保障需求变化对装备维修保障的影响,以装备全系统、全寿命的观点,探讨了装备维修发展的新特点,构建了面向装备全寿命周期的新型维修技术体系,并综述了基于信息的先进维修技术发展方向,为装备维修保障研究提供了参考。     

维修任务调度的多目标决策模型

通过对维修调度问题进行分析,考虑到战斗力相关的多种目标因素,针对目前研究的目标单一,又未考虑武器的先进程度、配置等缺陷,就修复后的加权作战时间和装备尽可能少的延误数量双重目标加以研究,并给出了调度算法。从而弥补了这些缺陷,使调度更加合理。最后,算例表明模型的求解方法简单,计算时间较短,可有效地实现维修任务调度。     

Resale price maintenance contracts with retailer sales effort: Effect of flexibility and competition

In Resale Price Maintenance (RPM) contracts, the manufacturer specifies the resale price that retailers must charge to consumers. We study the role of using a RPM contract in a market where demand is influenced by retailer sales effort. First, it is well known that RPM alone does not provide incentive for the retailer to use adequate sales effort and some form of quantity fixing may be needed to achieve channel coordination. However, when the market potential of the product is uncertain, RPM with quantity fixing is a rigid contract form. We propose and study a variety of RPM contracts with quantity fixing that offer different forms of flexibility including pricing flexibility and quantity flexibility. Second, we address a long‐time debate in both academia and practice on whether RPM is anti‐competitive in a market when two retailers compete on both price and sales effort. We show that depending on the relative intensity of price competition and sales effort competition, RPM may lead to higher or lower retail prices compared to a two‐part tariff contract, which specifies a wholesale price and a fixed fee. Further, the impact of RPM on price competition and sales effort competition is always opposite to each other. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Naval Research Logistics, 2006     

航天器编队飞行构形保持与重构的继电型控制

研究小偏心参考轨道航天器编队飞行构形保持与重构控制的工程实现技术。首先给出相对运动状态转移矩阵,并推导出常推力控制情况下相对运动状态递推的解析表达式;进而给出脉冲推力、连续变推力和继电型推力三种发动机的推力模型和示意图。分别将等速度冲量的三种推力模型代入相对运动状态转移矩阵中,比较相同条件下相对运动控制作用效果的差异,理论推导结果表明:在一阶意义上,三种推力模型对相对运动控制作用等效,因而航天器编队构形保持与重构控制可以基于继电型推力模型来实现。     

通信对抗装备维修管理信息系统

通信对抗装备的性能越来越强、复杂程度越来越高 ,而维修保障方式和手段的落后制约了装备战斗力的发挥。因此 ,改善装备维修的手段 ,实现装备信息的科学管理就成为一项迫切需要解决的问题。从功能、构成和信息结构、信息管理和软件体系等方面介绍了一个装备维修管理信息系统的设计思想。

根据自动化程度高、综合性能强、使用可靠的原则 ,提出了陆军战术导弹蓄电池维护与检测的系统方案 ,采用单片机控制系统实现了多型号蓄电池的自动维护与检测     

战时维修资源部署系统设计研究

给出了设计战时维修资源设置系统一般框架 ,提出了设计准则 :整体反应性、单元反应性和稳态频率 ;并运用以上准则对我军现实活动中采用的几种基本部署系统形式进行了分析 ;最后给出了战时维修资源部署系统设计的一般程序     

Scheduling economic lot sizes in deteriorating production systems

The paper considers the economic lot scheduling problem (ELSP) where production facility is assumed to deteriorate, owing to aging, with an increasing failure rate. The time to shift from an “in‐control” state to an “out‐of‐control” state is assumed to be normally distributed. The system is scheduled to be inspected at the end of each production lot. If the process is found to be in an “out‐of‐control” state, then corrective maintenance is performed to restore it to an “in‐control” state before the start of the next production run. Otherwise, preventive maintenance is carried out to enhance system reliability. The ELSP is formulated under the capacity constraint taking into account the quality related cost due to possible production of non‐conforming items, process inspection, and maintenance costs. In order to find a feasible production schedule, both the common cycle and time‐varying lot sizes approaches are utilized. © 2003 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Naval Research Logistics 50: 650–661, 2003
