针对微波铁氧体基片的功能要求和材料特性,基于坐标变换法对平行式研磨、抛光加工区域的相对运动轨迹进行仿真研究,为合理选择工艺参数提供理论依据;通过正交化实验分析各种工艺参数对研磨效率的影响规律;在此基础上,采用优化组合的工艺参数进行微波铁氧体基片平行式研磨和抛光加工,技术指标均达到或超过了使用要求。  相似文献

耳廓缺损是临床常见疾病,使用患者自体肋软骨雕刻为耳支架并植入缺损耳皮下是目前的主要治疗方法。该方法对手术者提出很高的技术要求,雕刻的外耳支架无法精确还原患者耳廓形状,同时肋软骨的切除会对患者带来并发症。本文探索使用医用硅胶制作患者个体外耳支架的关键技术,使用CT和逆向建模技术得到对应患者个体的外耳数字模型,利用3D打印技术制造人体外耳支架模具,并使用医用硅胶MED 4735完成人体外耳支架的制作成型。动物实验验证了其生物相容性,证明了该方法的可行性。通过该技术制作的硅胶人体外耳支架可以高度模仿患者特定的耳廓形状,支架精度高,制造周期短,无生物排异,可为替代肋软骨雕刻人体外耳支架进行耳廓缺损治疗提供依据。  相似文献

基于可变形定向破片战斗部的作用原理,设计了试验结构模型,并对其进行了静爆试验研究。根据试验结果,建立了有限元分析模型,利用LS-DYNA程序对可变形定向战斗部变形过程以及破片的飞散过程进行了数值模拟。结果表明,在目标方向破片密度和速度都有较大幅度增益,数值模拟与试验结果比较吻合。  相似文献

A quasi-isentropic study on the process of driving a cylinder with aluminized explosives was carried out to examine the influence of the aluminum (Al) reaction rate on cylinder expansion and the physical parameters of the detonation products. Based on the proposed quasi-isentropic hypothesis and relevant isentropic theories, the characteristic lines of aluminized explosives driving a cylinder were analyzed, and a quasi-isentropic model was established. This model includes the variation of the cylinder wall velocity and the physical parameters of the detonation products with the Al reaction degree. Using previously reported experimental results, the quasi-isentropic model was verified to be applicative and accurate. This model was used to calculate the physical parameters for cylinder experiments with aluminized cyclotrimethylenetrinitramine explosives with 15.0 % and 30.0 % Al content. The results show that this quasi-isentropic model can be used not only to calculate the cylinder expansion rule or Al reaction degree, but also to calculate the physical parameters of the detonation products in the process of cylinder expansion. For explosives with 15.0 % and 30.0 % Al, 24.3 % and 18.5 % of the Al was found to have reacted at 33.9 μs and 34.0 μs, respectively. The difference in Al content results in different reaction intensity, occurrence time, and duration of two forms of reaction (diffusion and kinetic) between the Al powder and the detonation products; the post-detonation burning reaction between the Al powder and the detonation products prolongs the positive pressure action time, resulting in a continuous rise in temperature after detonation.  相似文献

Degradation experiments are widely used to assess the reliability of highly reliable products which are not likely to fail under the traditional life tests. In order to conduct a degradation experiment efficiently, several factors, such as the inspection frequency, the sample size, and the termination time, need to be considered carefully. These factors not only affect the experimental cost, but also affect the precision of the estimate of a product's lifetime. In this paper, we deal with the optimal design of a degradation experiment. Under the constraint that the total experimental cost does not exceed a predetermined budget, the optimal decision variables are solved by minimizing the variance of the estimated 100pth percentile of the lifetime distribution of the product. An example is provided to illustrate the proposed method. Finally, a simulation study is conducted to investigate the robustness of this proposed method. © 1999 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. Factor screening is performed to eliminate unimportant factors so that the remaining important factors can be more thoroughly studied in later experiments. Controlled sequential bifurcation (CSB) and controlled sequential factorial design (CSFD) are two new screening methods for discrete‐event simulations. Both methods use hypothesis testing procedures to control the Type I Error and power of the screening results. The scenarios for which each method is most efficient are complementary. This study proposes a two‐stage hybrid approach that combines CSFD and an improved CSB called CSB‐X. In Phase 1, a prescreening procedure will estimate each effect and determine whether CSB‐X or CSFD will be used for further screening. In Phase 2, CSB‐X and CSFD are performed separately based on the assignment of Phase 1. The new method usually has the same error control as CSB‐X and CSFD.
