McEvily公式的改进及其在疲劳扩展寿命评估中的应用

疲劳裂纹扩展寿命评估的关键是要有适宜的疲劳裂纹扩展公式。通过对McEvily公式的深入研究,综合考虑弹塑性行为的影响、裂纹的闭合效应,并对曲线斜率进行“最小二乘法”拟合,得到了改进的McEvily公式。采用某航天发射塔架A3钢的疲劳裂纹扩展数据进行分析验证,得出McEvily改进公式对疲劳裂纹扩展寿命具有更强的评估能力。     

基于传递闭包的任务时序依赖关系建模方法

建立正确、有效的任务模型是正确引导出信息系统需求的关键步骤。文中针对任务间时序依赖关系,给出与任务建模相关的若干形式定义和命题,帮助分析人员判断任务间的并发和死锁。给出任务间时序依赖关系建模的详细步骤,并根据时序依赖关系的传递性质,给出一种任务关系图上的传递闭包方法,可以帮助分析人员直观地判断任务间时序依赖关系的问题和错误,科学、合理地标记各个任务的时序等级属性,帮助建模人员从全局上明确各个任务在执行时所处的相对位置,以及在每个阶段需要同时展开哪些任务。     

Numerical simulation of base flow with hot base bleed for two jet models

In order to improve the benefits of base bleed in base flow field, the base flow with hot base bleed for two jet models is studied. Two-dimensional axisymmetric Navier–Stokes equations are computed by using a finite volume scheme. The base flow of a cylinder afterbody with base bleed is simulated. The simulation results are validated with the experimental data, and the experimental results are well reproduced. On this basis, the base flow fields with base bleed for a circular jet model and an annulus jet model are investigated by selecting the injection temperature from 830 K to 2200 K. The results show that the base pressure of the annular jet model is higher than that of the circular jet model with the changes of the injection parameter and the injection temperature. For the circular jet model, the hot gases are concentrated in the vicinity of the base. For the annular jet model, the bleed gases flow into the shear layer directly so that the hot gases are concentrated in the shear layer. The latter temperature distribution is better for the increase of base pressure.     

革命根据地高等教育对新中国高等教育体系建立的影响

本文从史料入手,分析了革命根据地高等教育对新中国高等教育体系构建的影响,其影响主要表现在以下四个方面:(1)革命根据地的教育方针对新中国高等教育方针确定的影响;(2)革命根据地高等教育管理模式对新中国高等教育管理模式确定的影响;(3)革命根据地高等学校类型(党校、军事院校、国民普通大学)对新中国高等学校类型的构建的影响;(4)革命根据地高等学校的政治思想课程对新中国高等学校课程体系设置的影响。     

一种联机手写汉字识别方法

本文给出了一种基于动态汉字基元获取笔段有序序列的联机手写汉字识别方法。该方法对汉字书写笔顺无任何限制,对手写汉字变形有很好的适应能力。经测试,基于本方法研制的联机手写汉字识别系统的识别率为９７．１％．     

The Regional Economic Effects of Military Base Realignments and Closures

This paper empirically investigates the impact of military base realignments and closures on regional economic activity in light of the 2005 round of Base Realignment and Closure actions. Baseline regressions with county-level data show employment multipliers comparable to those generated from conventional input–output models. However, controlling for possible endogeneity and other regional-specific factors, regressions indicate more tenuous results for spillover effects from the military to the private sector. Only the contractor type of base employment generated economically and statistically meaningful impacts on local employment. In addition, there is strong evidence of asymmetric effects between military buildups and drawdowns.     

冗余空间机器人基座姿态调整的笛卡尔路径规划

空间机器人系统的机械臂和基座之间存在着动力学耦合,为了保证笛卡尔路径规划的同时可以调整基座的姿态,文章以冗余自由度空间机器人为研究对象,首先建立了空间机器人系统的运动学方程;由于存在一定的冗余度,通过将基座姿态运动方程与广义雅可比矩阵组合得到扩展后的雅可比矩阵,实现了基座和机械臂运动的协调规划;最后讨论了基座姿态无扰路径规划,并与零空间法进行了对比。建立平面三自由度空间机器人系统,分别采用零空间法和扩展雅可比矩阵法进行了基座姿态无扰路径规划和基座姿态跟踪路径规划,仿真结果验证了方法的有效性。     

Base‐stock policies in capacitated assembly systems: Convexity properties

We study an assembly system with a single finished product managed using an echelon base‐stock or order‐up‐to policy. Some or all operations have capacity constraints. Excess demand is either backordered in every period or lost in every period. We show that the shortage penalty cost over any horizon is jointly convex with respect to the base‐stock levels and capacity levels. When the holding costs are also included in the objective function, we show that the cost function can be written as a sum of a convex function and a concave function. Throughout the article, we discuss algorithmic implications of our results for making optimal inventory and capacity decisions in such systems.© 2009 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 基础对象模型应用方法研究

将来源于理论分析的BOM技术应用于实际的仿真项目之前,包括模型的行为封装方法等许多问题亟需解决.针对这些实际问题,在充分研究BOM的概念、结构和设计理念的基础上,对BOM在仿真中的实际应用方法进行了初步的探讨.进一步明确了BOM技术与其他组件技术的不同,提出了一种以IF BOM描述模式,以ECAP BOM封装模型行为的BOM应用方案,并借助于COM技术设计了模块化的ECAP BOM,实现了ECAP BOM对模型行为的封装.该方法兼顾了仿真模型的灵活性要求和组件封装性的特点,是一种切实可行的方法.     

疲劳裂纹闭合的非线性超声在线测量

建立了外部载荷作用下用非线性振动-声场调制指数表征裂纹尺寸的数学模型。根据对外载荷与塑性致闭应力共同作用下裂纹面的开闭响应的分析,提出了裂纹张开和闭合应力的在线测量方法。在一块含中心穿透裂纹的铝合金薄板试件上进行了裂纹闭合参数的测量实验,实验结果表明,使用振动-声场调制技术在线测量裂纹闭合参数是可行且有效的,且该方法还能用于分析小裂纹的特殊开闭行为。
