武器装备除了具备传统的作战性能外,还应具备适用于作战的保障性能.作战性能和保障性能统称武器综合性能.综合性能要依靠传统工程技术及专业工程技术的综合,用系统工程的方法去解决.     

国外雷达技术发展管窥

随着高新技术的迅猛发展,雷达技术有了较大的发展空间,雷达与反雷达的相对平衡状态不断被打破。介绍了国外多种高性能雷达技术发展及其性能特点,窥探发展中的防空雷达体制、参数选择和附加措施等,根据不同目标的空域特性,制定防空对策及电子防御措施,不断提高雷达的适应性、有效性和战场生存能力。     

Concept costing for defence projects: the problem and its solution

It is intrinsic to the nature of military competition that the unit acquisition costs of defence systems rise generation by generation. Traditional “bottom‐up” methods of cost‐estimating cannot meet the increasing demands for extensive studies of many options before commencing design and, while “top‐down” estimating techniques are an improvement, in particular by reducing the time required for preparing estimates, they also are inadequate to meet current requirements. A new method has been devised, therefore, further developing “top‐down” methods using Bayesian techniques to make best use of the available information, whether certain or uncertain, and its accuracy established by example.

Morale and Battlefield Performance at Caporetto, 1917

Abstract

How does morale relate to tactical and operational failure? Is it a cause or an effect? Using the Italian Army at Caporetto as a case study, this article explores the cyclical relationship between battlefield performance and morale. Combining quantitative analysis of army statistics with qualitative analysis of various official and private sources, this article analyses morale before the battle and during its opening phase. Italian morale appears surprisingly resilient and decisions to surrender or desert frequently relied on objective assessment of events rather than demoralisation. In this case it was battlefield defeat which turned disaffection into a full- scale morale crisis.     

基于PEPA的防空通信系统抗毁特性分析

通信系统的抗毁性能是分析作战系统能力的一项重要指标。本文分析了防空通信系统的组织结构和对抗特点,利用性能评价过程代数（PEPA）描述了防空通信系统的状态演化,提出了基于PEPA的防空通信系统抗毁特性分析方法。通过具体案例,对通信系统的组织结构、抗击软硬杀伤的能力进行建模和仿真验证。实验结果表明,PEPA方法适用于防空通信系统的建模与分析,能够实现对防空通信系统的结构进行对抗过程的建模;通信系统的不同要素对抗毁性能的影响不同,可以采取有效策略以提高防空通信系统的抗毁能力。     

Review of Infrared signature suppression systems using optical blocking method

With rapid advancements in Infra-Red (IR) detection techniques, the range from where the IR-guided missiles are able to lock the target aircraft has increased. To avoid the detection and tracking by modern IR-guided missiles, the aircraft and helicopters also demand progress in its stealth techniques. Hence, study of Infra-Red Signature Suppression (IRSS) systems in aircraft and helicopters has become vital even in design stage. Optical blocking (masking) is one of the effective IRSS techniques used to block the Line-Of-Sight (LOS) of the hot engine parts of the exhaust geometry. This paper reviews the various patents on IR signature suppression systems based on the optical blocking method or a combination of IRSS techniques. The performance penalties generated due to installation of various IRSS methods in aircraft and helicopters are also discussed.     

性能参数可靠性分析在船用主汽轮机遥控系统中的应用

分析某型船主汽轮机遥控系统稳定性差的主要原因;针对该遥控系统的典型电路及其控制死区,运用性能参数可靠性分析方法,进行性能参数可靠度计算,找出系统的薄弱环节,并提出相应的改进措施。     

基于双路由单元的SpaceWire总线性能评价方法研究*

本文基于双路由单元研究了SpaceWire总线的性能评价体系。研究中,首先给出了双路由单元的定义,推导了基于双路由单元的路由系统的数据传输时间和资源耗费的计算方法;其次推导了基于双路由单元的多路由拓扑系统的性能评价体系;然后采用蒙特卡洛模拟的方法建立了双路由单元系统的模拟平台,仿真计算了路由单元在不同接口配置情况下的性能。研究结果表明：基于双路由单元的传输时间和资源耗费指标能够评价SpaceWire总线的性能;并且在不同接口配置时,存在一种最佳的配置方式能够使得系统的性能达到最优。
