| 摘 要： | 加强学员心理素质的培养是军队院校培养合格军事人才重要课题,在以往的教育实践中对此探索不够,随着社会的迅猛发展和军事斗争的变革,加强学员心理素质的培养越来越显得重要和迫切。在加强学员心理素质的培养和解决学员心理问题的实践中,既要注重发挥传统的教育管理手段,更要与时俱进地引入心理学等专业知识,使之更加科学有效。

| Abstract: | To strengthen cadets' psychological qualities is a key topic in a military academy. Insufficient attention is paid to this issue in former teaching practices. With the fast development of society and reforms in military fields, it has become increasingly important and imminent. To ensure the effectiveness, we should give full play to psychological knowledge as well as traditional management measures. |
