| 摘 要： | 老年人身体状况和心理状况相较于年轻阶段都发生了重大变化，因此老年人舞蹈课程教学要根据这种变化因时制宜；要注意老年舞蹈学院对舞蹈兴趣的培养，教学过程要循序渐进，适合老年身体状况，并且采取对等的语言对话方式。

| Abstract: | Whereas the elders have great change physically and mentally, the dance course for them should make some change accordingly. During teaching, teachers should pay attention on the dancers' interest in dance. Teaching language of equal style should be noticed and teaching content should be in gradual progress so as to fit elders phydical contion. |
