| 摘 要： | 公安边防情报具有预警、行政、侦查、证据和档案等价值，并且由其决策价值贯穿始终。情报是整个公安边防工作的前提和基础，而情报的价值又决定了公安边防情报的工作方向和努力目标，能否正确的把握这个目标，前提是理论上能否进行透彻的研究。

| Abstract: | Border control intelligence can be used to early - warning, administrative references, investigative clues, evidence matter and archive materials which go with the decision - making process. Intelligence is the premise and basis of border policing and the value of intelligence determines the direction and goal of border control. However, the related studies have not been adequate to guide the practice for which this paper tends to make up. |
