| 摘 要： | 方案的综合评判要求评价指标的"功能性"与"均衡性"并重,而现有模型很少能体现评价指标"功能性"与"均衡性"的统一.为此,笔者提出了通过增加距离项改进灰色综合评判模型,并给出了一个应用实例.结果表明:通过改进,有效地解决了方案"功能性"与"均衡性"的兼顾问题,能够合理地对方案作出评价.

| Abstract: | Comprehensive evaluation requires emphasis on both functionality and proportionality of the evaluation index. But few models can realize the balance between functionality and proportionality. At this point, the paper proposes to revise the gray comprehensive evaluation model by adding distance-term and an example has been given. |
