Researching Teachers Called By New Courses

Teachers who have spirit to study and explore are needed according to the need of curriculum reform and development because research can improve teachers' ability, push the educational reform forward, make the implement of new curriculum further and promote the teaching methods formed in the past years. It would change our classes into ideal places for children s development.
