| 摘 要： | 以“以人为本”为核心的科学发展观在指导院校教育发展中有十分重要的意义。从该理念的形成与发展出发，分析其注重生命意识和情感意志、凸现个性精神与理性权力、培养主体意识和创新精神等特点，进而探索军校人文教育的特性及实践。

| Abstract: | It is very important to guide the development of military academies with the people - oriented educational principle as the core of the scientific concept of development. From its historical development, the paper analyses its life awareness and emotional will, highlights the spiritual and rational powers of personality. And then to cultivate the subjective consciousness, the spirit of innovation, and further explore the special laws and countermeasures of the military humanistic education. |
