| 摘 要： | 政治工作以人为本是马克思主义最高命题的要求,是实现政治工作根本职能和基本任务的客观需要,是部队适应社会主义市场经济和为全面建设小康社会输送合格人才的必然要求,是提高广大官兵生活质量和建设和谐军营的迫切需要,是政治工作本身的内在要求.在政治工作中,要真心尊重工作对象,真正理解工作对象,真诚关心工作对象。
