| Abstract: | This paper focuses on the border - control forces＇ clear government cultural reconstruction＇ s mechanism. The purpose is to promote the forces＇ clear government cultural reconstruction, to strengthen their fighting capacity, and the battle efficiency. The paper analyzes the forces＇ clear government cultural reconstruction education in terms of the restraint, the safeguard and the operational mechanism and proposes the corresponding countermeasures. |
