| Abstract: | It is significant to discuss and study the issues of cultivating teachers' psychological quality in border-control armed police force academy.According to the current situation and the task of the border-control armed police force,this paper systematically analyzes the major ways and methods of cultivating the teachers' psychological quality by using the Marxist theory of all-around development and the modern pedagogy,and psychological theory. |
