| Abstract: | American system of plea bargaining has theoretical value and realistic significance.It's necessary to refer to the reasonable facts in the system of plea bargaining adapted by foreign countries to set up the Chinese style plea bargaining.The establishment of the Chinese style plea bargaining should prescribe the application conditions,the application scope of cases and the application procedure explicitly.Furthermore,the relevant environment of legality should be improved. |
