| Abstract: | A high level cultural consciousness and cultural self-confidence is the ideological foundation and prerequisite for the promotion of prosperity and development of any culture. The cultivation of cultural consciousness and cultural self-confidence must be based on the correct understanding of the followings ： the adhe- sion to the guiding position of Marxism, the inheriting of the excellent traditional culture, and the use for refer-ence of the foreign cuhural achievements. |
