Analysis of factors for influencing military decision making of commander

Facing the local war under the condition of high technology, the military activities are obviously accelerated; the operational space is expanded; the battlefield situation is complicated and changeable. Especially when major emergency happened, those factors set higher requirements on the timeliness of military decision-making. The commander must be able to make decision timely, effectively and accurately. The effectiveness of the commander''s military decision-making is not only influenced by the subjective factors bus also by the objective factors. Through the analysis of the influencing factors, the effective ways to improve the ability of commander in military decision-making are presented, which provides reasonable advice for military personnel training.
