| Abstract: | The administration of talent resource plays very important role in the modem enterprises, improvement of total efficiency and future competence. Currently the Bingtuan talent resource loses very seriously. Therefore, it is very urgent for Bingtuan to think over how to effectively administrate talent resource and efficiently keep the talent losing under certain number. |
