摘    要:教师职业纪律是教师职业道德的构成因素之一,是教师必须遵守的行为规范。职业纪律必须通过后天的教育、学习,尤其是通过教师职业道德向教师个体道德的内化才能实现其作用。因此,研究教师职业纪律的他律与自律及二者的关系,以及遵守教师职业纪律的有效途径,对于提高教师职业道德教育的针对性和实效性,提高教师队伍的整体道德素质与职业道德水平,都有着积极的意义。

Abstract:The teacher professional disciplines are the behavior regulations teachers must observe.It can be realized only by educating,learning and especially self-transforming through professional disciplines to individual morality.Therefore,it is significant to study the relation of teacher professional disciplines and the effective way to observing the professional disciplines.
