| 摘 要： | 研究者对当代教师扮演的角色给予了颇为多样的区分、归类和总结，但是对于教师所应扮演的角色的社会原因并未做过更深层次的解读与思考。本文认为人们对教师角色“是何”有了认识，对其“为何”也应做理论上的思考，并对其“应何”做深入的研究。
