| Abstract: | The reclamation and guarding the frontier of Xinjiang is one of the missions for Bingtuan.ideological and political education is playing an important role in fostering the comprehensive qualities of the characters of the students.The paper holds that it is beneficial to the stability and development of Xinjiang to guide graduates to obtain employment in Bingtuan. |
