| 摘 要： | 作为学校实施教育、教学工作基本组织者的班主任，其素质能否适应当前课程改革的要求，关系到新课程能否顺利实施和改革的成败。培养出新型、高素质的班主任是高校的任务也是重要职责，现就其培训内容和培养方式提出几点建议，以求达到事半功倍的效果。

| Abstract: | In school education,the level of the quality and the ability of the current curriculum reform found in the instructor responsible for a class becomes important for the successful implementation of curriculum reform.It is therefore an urgent task to develop new,and high-quality instructors for colleges and universities,some suggestions on such training content and training methods are proposed in this paper. |
