离子渗硫技术在装甲车辆中的应用

摘    要:根据59式坦克发动机中几组易磨损的摩擦副,选用相应的材料,经离子渗硫处理后,测定了相应的摩擦学性能;又对59式坦克变速箱的四挡主动齿轮和侧减速器主动轴齿轮离子渗硫处理后,进行了实车考核。2组试验结果都表明,经渗硫处理后,零件和试样的摩擦学性能大大提高,说明离子渗硫技术能够应用于装甲车辆,且具有很大的军事效益和经济效益。

Abstract:Several pairs of materials were chosen from the easily-worn parts of the engine of tank tape-59 to investigate the tribological properties of the sulphidized coatings. The drive gears of final drive shaft and the 4th drive gears in the gearshift box were installed and tested in the tank type-59 after being sulphidized. Both results showed that the tribological properties of the sulphidized parts and samples greatly increased. It means that the application of ion sulphidizing process to armored vehicles can make great military and economic benefit.
