叶片式MRF减振器阻尼力矩模型的建立

摘    要:MRF阻尼器具有体积小、能耗低、阻尼力连续可调等优点,是一种对结构实施半主动控制的理想装置,将其用于履带式车辆悬挂系统,可以提高车辆的越野机动性能。介绍了一种以传统叶片式液压减振器为基础设计的叶片式MRF减振器。基于流体的平行板流动模型和MRF的Bingham模型,建立了叶片式MRF减振器的阻尼力矩计算模型。计算结果表明,不加磁场时,叶片式MRF减振器具有与传统叶片式液压减振器相近的阻尼特性,加磁场时,减振器可获得较大的阻尼可调倍数。

Abstract:Magnetorheological Fluid (MRF) Dampers have the following merits:small-size,low power con- sumption,continuous adjustable damping force and so on.They are ideal devices for implementing semi-ac- tive control to engineering structures.The mobility of tracklayer in rough road will be improved effectively when using MRF damper in suspension system.The design of vane MRF damper which based on conventional vane hydraulic damper is briefly introduced,and the damping moment calculation model is deduced on the basis of parallel-plate model and Bingham model of MR fluids.The calculation result indicates that the damp- ing characteristics of vane MRF damper is close to conventional vane hydraulic damper when no magnetic field,and have considerable damping adjustable multiple when applying an external magnetic field.
