保障方案综合分析方法研究

摘    要:在保障性分析过程中,大量的保障性分析工作都是围绕保障方案的逐步形成进行的。备选保障方案形成后,需要进行权衡分析,为权衡备选保障方案,从可行性和工程化的角度出发选择对装备有重大影响的保障费用和保障资源等因素作为评价目标,对装备备选保障方案进行了权衡分析方法探索。阐明了保障方案的内涵,提出了保障费用权衡和保障资源综合评价等权衡分析方法。对装备保障费用的估算提出了符合工程化要求的模型。并认为,装备保障方案的建立与优化是保障性分析工作的核心内容。对于备选保障方案的权衡有多种权衡准则和方法,评价者采用的评价准则和方法不同,最终得到的结果一般是不同的。

Abstract:In supportability analysis, a great deal of LSA tasks are carried out with the gradual forming of support concept. After the alternative support concepts have been formed up, they should be traded off. This paper explores the tradeoff analysis method of material alternative support concepts based on the development of reliability, maintainability, supportability and especially on the present research situation of material support concept. From the viewpoint of feasibility and engineering, this paper chooses support cost and support resources, which have great influence on material, as evaluating objectives. This paper explains the meaning of support concept, puts forward support cost tradeoff and support resourse tradeoff. This paper also creates some models according to engineering demands, which can estimate support cost. The establishment and optimization of the material support concept is the key content of LSA task. There are many methods to tradeoff alternative support concepts. Evaluators can draw different conclusions when they use different analysis methods.
