基于改进广义成本函数的可靠性分配优化

可靠性分配优化问题的难点在于影响分配的各类因素与可靠性指标间关系的描述与表达.从可靠性成本与各类影响因素的内在关系人手,通过改进广义成本函数进行各类影响因素的融合处理,构建得出新的可靠性分配优化模型实现可靠性指标的综合求解.

This survey article focuses on defence economics issues and provides data and analysis on the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia's (FRY) defence policy, defence spending, the size of its armed forces, its defence industries and the cost of the civil war. The main section is devoted to the period from 1990 to the present and deals with the following aspects: the situation after the break‐up of the former Yugoslavia, general economic data; the cost of the civil war, the defence budget; the armed forces; the manufacture of armaments and the structure of the defence industry.     

How to Fight Terrorism: Alternatives to Deterrence

Deterrence has been a crucial element in fighting terrorism, both in actual politics and rational choice analyses of terrorism. But there are superior strategies to deterrence. One is to make terrorist attacks less attractive. Another to raise the opportunity cost - rather than the material cost - to terrorists. These alternative strategies effectively dissuade potential terrorists. The strategies suggested here build on the "benevolence" system and tend to produce a positive sum game among the interacting parties. In contrast, the deterrence system is based on "threats" and tends to produce a negative sum game interaction.     

基于转移费用矩阵的机器人路径规划方法

本文描述了机器人路径规划的一种新方法：基于转移费用矩阵的机器人路径规划方法。通过定义转移费用矩阵的概念及其上的二元运算,将最优路径的生成,转化为矩阵的运算,使得有限步的矩阵运算,即可得到环境中所有点间的最优路径,达到了在预处理阶段构造最优路径集的目的。最后,介绍了该方法在移动机器人任务规划中的应用     

基于全寿命周期费用分析的可重复使用运载器级数选择

建立了可重复使用运载器全寿命周期费用模型 ,并利用该费用模型分析了不同级数的可重复使用运载器方案的全寿命周期费用 ,对全寿命周期费用的各部分组成比例及其随级数的变化规律进行了分析。研究结果表明两级入轨的可重复使用运载器方案全寿命周期费用最低 ,是基于目前技术水平的一种较优的可重复使用运载器级数选择方案     

几类可靠性增长试验的费用分析

贮连续检测情形、定期检测情形、根除失效源意义下的可靠性增长试验建立了费用分析模型,着重对实际中经常采用的定期检测试验的费用问题进行了细致的分析,从理论上导出了定期检测中系统失效时停止运行和不停止运行的最佳检测周期。     

装备经济性分析中的结构制造复杂度参数建模

参数估算法是当前装备经济性分析的主要方法,TruePlanning软件为国际主流的装备经济性分析软件。基于TruePlanning软件,以制造复杂度(Manufacturing Complexity)为研究对象,通过对TrueH模块进行深度剖析,分析并确立了结构制造复杂度(Manufacturing Complexity for Structure)的建模思路和模型形式。通过一个实例分析,选取5个必要的输入参数,构建结构制造复杂度的初步模型,并进一步考虑附加参数的输入,对模型进行修正。结果显示了结构制造复杂度对各技术参数的不同响应形式和敏感程度,为开发国产费用估算模型提供了可行的思路。     

Coordinated pricing and inventory control problems with capacity constraints and fixed ordering cost

This article addresses a single‐item, finite‐horizon, periodic‐review coordinated decision model on pricing and inventory control with capacity constraints and fixed ordering cost. Demands in different periods are random and independent of each other, and their distributions depend on the price in the current period. Each period's stochastic demand function is the additive demand model. Pricing and ordering decisions are made at the beginning of each period, and all shortages are backlogged. The objective is to find an optimal policy that maximizes the total expected discounted profit. We show that the profit‐to‐go function is strongly CK‐concave, and the optimal policy has an (s,S,P) ‐like structure. © 2012 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Naval Research Logistics, 2012     

效能指数的机载火控雷达研制费用估算模型

为提高机载电子设备研制、生产费用估算的精度,提高估算模型的应用范围和时间跨度,构建了基于效能指数的机载火控雷达研制费用估算模型。在分析机载电子设备研制费用建模特点的基础上,以军用飞机的机载火控雷达设备为研究对象,探讨了其效能指数的构建方法,建立了基于效能指数的研制费用参数模型,并进行实例分析。结果表明,由于效能指数考虑了众多费用驱动因素,该模型形式简明直观,相对误差较小,为研究机载电子设备的费用估算进行了有益的探索。
