基于混合优化的前馈—反馈复合控制器最优设计

为了解决传统PID控制器在电动舵机系统设计中难以满足控制要求的问题,首先设计了一种规范化前馈-反馈控制系统,然后利用混沌优化算法和共轭梯度方法相结合的混合优化算法对前馈-反馈控制器参数进行了优化.仿真结果表明:基于混合优化算法的前馈-反馈控制器具有很好的动态和静态性能,增强了系统的稳定性和鲁棒性,降低了学习参数选择的盲目性和对经验的高度依赖性.     

用科学发展观引领高校建设发展的几点思考

科学发展观是中国特色社会主义建设和党的建设的根本指导方针。高校落实科学发展观,涉及到办学的各个领域。概括地讲：在思想认识和宏观战略层面,包括办学理念、办学定位、发展规划、舆论导向等;在工作实践和微观操作层面,包括正确处理学校内部各个业务领域的关系、优化工作系统,如何使得学校各方面工作协调、全面、和谐发展等。     

磁探针位置及角度偏移对电磁发射过程测试的影响

简化电磁发射装置中的导轨和电枢为线电流下的直导体,建立发射装置的物理模型。利用毕奥-萨伐尔定律和感应电动势原理,推导出磁探针线圈中心放置点的磁感强度。假设线圈范围内的磁场为均匀磁场,计算得到磁探针线圈产生的电动势。以此设计测量所用的磁探针,并和测试数据对比验证模型的正确性。在多次试验中发现,发射过程中装置振动导致磁探针距离变化和角度偏转问题。测量并分析三组单次发射中的故障测试状态。仿真和实验数据表明:小范围距离变化没有使磁探针的测试性能失效,但角度偏移对下一步的速度拟合带来误差干扰,且随着角度增大拟合速度逐步减小。     

Supply chain coordination with product line design and a revenue sharing scheme

Many manufacturers sell their products through retailers and share the revenue with those retailers. Given this phenomenon, we build a stylized model to investigate the role of revenue sharing schemes in supply chain coordination and product variety decisions. In our model, a monopolistic manufacturer serves two segments of consumers, which are distinguished by their willingness to pay for quality. In the scenario with exogenous revenue sharing ratios, when the potential gain from serving the low segment is substantial (e.g., the low‐segment consumers' willingness to pay is high enough or the low segment takes a large enough proportion of the market), the retailer is better off abandoning the revenue sharing scheme. Moreover, when the potential gain from serving the low (high) segment is substantial enough, the manufacturer finds it profitable to offer a single product. Furthermore, when revenue sharing ratios are endogenous, we divide our analysis into two cases, depending on the methods of cooperation. When revenue sharing ratios are negotiated at the very beginning, the decentralized supply chain causes further distortion. This suggests that the central premise of revenue sharing—the coordination of supply chains—may be undermined if supply chain parties meticulously bargain over it.     

Holmes’ front: constructing a new face of battle for America’s Civil War

ABSTRACT

In his seminal study of the changing nature of warfare between Agincourt and the Somme, military historian John Keegan proposed that future historians might consider combatants’ emotions in their assessments of the impact and nature of conflict. Recent years have witnessed the emergence of the history of emotions as an analytical approach, but rarely, if ever, is this directed toward the study of military history, far less the history of insurgencies and counter-insurgencies. This paper examines America’s civil war (1861–1865) as a case study of the ways in which an emotional history approach might illuminate not the physical experiences of but rather the immediate and longer-term reactions to counter-insurgency conflict through a focus on one specific individual, the future Supreme Court Justice Oliver Wendell Holmes, Jr. It proposes that Holmes, whilst not a man of the ranks, nevertheless can reveal the wider ramifications of civil war and its emotional impact, both individually and culturally. As a relatively limited internecine war, one not fought by professional armies but by volunteer forces, America’s civil war highlights the ways in which the soldier’s response points us toward the kind of emotional revolution that has, to date, mainly been located within the European nations.     

复合成本计算中合理设定复合元数问题研究

从合理性和科学性角度对复合成本计算过程中复合元数的设定进行了评价。运用模糊数学方法建立了评价矩阵,通过模糊合成使评价结果更加切合实际,解决了企业成本管理中复合元数判断的模糊性和不确定性问题,避免了复合成本计算过程中因复合元数设定不经济或简单化而出现的功能过剩或功能不足的现象出现。     

基于卷积神经网络的卫星网络协调态势评估方法

为充分发掘利用海量卫星网络数据,提高决策效率,加强空间频轨资源获取与储备的分析手段,尤其是对地球静止轨道资源的协调获取问题,提出基于机器学习算法的卫星网络态势评估策略。通过对卫星网络协调因素进行特征分析,选择卷积神经网络(Convolution Neural Network, CNN)为目标算法模型,并建立算法模型的训练数据集及Label规则,采用分裂信息增益度量方法对数据进行降维处理,建立CNN评估模型,并进行了验证分析。结果表明,CNN模型对卫星网络协调态势评估问题测试的正确率高达80%以上,具有较高的评估效能。随着数据量的增多,CNN评估效果逐步提升,是一种在卫星网络协调态势分析、资源储备的有效评估方法。     

分析化学课程教学改革与实践

本文结合分析化学课程的作用、内容和特点，介绍了分析化学课程教学改革与实践的一些新举措：1．重视教材的选用和建设，严把教材质量关；2．理论教学和实验教学有机结合，合理设计教学方案与内容；3．现代教育技术手段与传统教学方法相结合．有效提高教学质量与效率；4．以人为本，情感教学；5．分段教学，博采众长。     

基于公平谓词法的JMS消息过滤改进算法

研究了JMS发布／订阅消息传递模式的工作机制，分析了JMS在对事件进行匹配时的过滤算法，针对该算法的不足提出了采用公平谓词法来改进JMS的消息过滤速度，改进方法对基于JMS的发布／订阅应用程序的开发具有一定的指导意义。     

物理化学实验教学模式改革的探索

通过对传统物理化学实验教学模式现状的分析，以及对传统物理化学实验教学模式和开放式物理化学实验教学模式的对比，得出开放式物理化学实验教学模式取代传统物理化学实验教学模式势在必行，并分析探讨了开放式教学模式的建设与面临的问题。
