超大体量高层医院消防安全疏散设计

Field test and probabilistic analysis of irregular steel debris casualty risks from a person-borne improvised explosive device

Person-borne improvised explosive devices (PBIEDs) are often used in terrorist attacks in Western countries. This study aims to predict the trajectories of PBIED fragments and the subsequent safety risks for people exposed to this hazard. An explosive field test with a typical PBIED composed of a plastic explosive charge and steel nut enhancements was performed to record initial fragment behaviour, including positions, velocity, and trajectory angles. These data were used to predict the full trajectory of PBIED fragments using a probabilistic analysis. In the probabilistic analyses a probability of fatality or serious injury was computed. Based on the results presented, many practical conclusions can be drawn, for instance, regarding safe evacuation distances if a person were exposed to a suspected PBIED.     

声自导鱼雷自导开机距离计算模型研究

在分析自导开机距离现有模型的基础上,从鱼雷尾追速度、弹道特性等方面探讨了自导开机距离的限制条件,得出鱼雷自导装置发现目标并成功导引的距离边界值,并在此基础上提出了自导开机距离的优化模型,最后通过仿真证明了优化模型的有效性,该优化模型可为鱼雷的作战使用提供参考。

基于结构加权的海面编队预定目标选择方法

海面目标运动和编队阵型的约束特性,使得通过对装订阵型和末制导探测阵型进行点集匹配来选择预定目标成为一种有效途径。但当编队目标释放干扰时,会引起阵型结构发生局部变化,导致目标选择性能恶化。本文基于反舰导弹目标选择需求,分析了传感器导航和探测误差、装订信息误差、编队目标运动和释放干扰等因素所引起的位置点集变形,通过利用阵型中未污染的结构信息,提出了基于几何散列法和结构加权平均Hausdorff距离的编队预定目标选择方法。理论分析和实验结果表明,该方法不受传感器导航误差和编队目标整体运动的影响,在编队存在冲淡干扰时能有效提高目标选择能力。     

文化安全视角下的新疆高校网络舆情管理探究

文化安全的关键在意识形态,意识形态领域中的关键问题是价值观掌控问题。作为文化传播的主要组成部分,网络舆情对文化安全的表层和深层结构都有重要影响。本文从文化安全视角下切入,结合新疆高校网络舆情调研,分析了文化安全面临的冲击与挑战,并提出了基于文化安全保障下的新疆高校网络舆情有效管理方式和路径。     

Thermal hazard assessment of TKX-50-based melt-cast explosive

In the present study, thermal hazards of TNT and DNAN used as the molten binder in TKX-50-based melt-cast explosives were comparatively studied through accelerating rate calorimeter (ARC) and Cook-off experiments. Two kinds of ARC operation modes were performed to investigate the thermal safety performance under adiabatic conditions (HWS mode) and constant heating (CHR mode). The obtained results demonstrated that at both heating modes, DNAN/TKX-50 outperformed TNT/TKX-50 from the thermal safety point of view. However, the sensitivity to heat of the samples was reverse because of the different heating modes. In addition, the results of thermal hazard assessment obtained from the cook-off experiment complied with ARC analysis which indicated the molten binder TNT replaced by DNAN would reduce the hazard of the TKX-50 melt cast explosive. Furthermore, the results of cook-off experiments also showed that DNAN/TKX-50 outperformed TNT/TKX-50 from the aspect of thermal stability, which was consistent with the result of CHR mode because of the similar heating process.
