小高炮综合体动态射击精度考核方法和设备的研究

本文论述了目前小高炮综合体的动态射击精度、考核方法及其测量设备的优缺点,并对新的考核方法和设备提出了设想。     

伪卫星辅助北斗定位精度改进方法

由于北斗二号一期系统卫星集中分布在赤道附近,导致国土范围内接收机南北方向定位精度偏低,且由于可视卫星均为正仰角,导致接收机垂直方向定位精度也偏低的问题,提出了利用地面伪卫星改善用户观测几何结构的方法来提高一定区域范围内北斗接收机的定位精度。推导了伪卫星与真实卫星组合的最小二乘定位算法模型,并给出了用于定位精度评估的南北和垂直方向的精度衰减因子值。仿真结果表明:在用户使用范围的北部地区布设伪卫星可有效降低用户南北方向以及垂直方向的精度衰减因子值,从而有效改善定位精度。     

Impact of reseller's and sales agent's forecasting accuracy in a multilayer supply chain

We consider a three‐layer supply chain with a manufacturer, a reseller, and a sales agent. The demand is stochastically determined by the random market condition and the sales agent's private effort level. Although the manufacturer is uninformed about the market condition, the reseller and the sales agent conduct demand forecasting and generate private demand signals. Under this framework with two levels of adverse selection intertwined with moral hazard, we study the impact of the reseller's and the sales agent's forecasting accuracy on the profitability of each member. We show that the manufacturer's profitability is convex on the reseller's forecasting accuracy. From the manufacturer's perspective, typically improving the reseller's accuracy is detrimental when the accuracy is low but is beneficial when it is high. We identify the concrete interrelation among the manufacturer‐optimal reseller's accuracy, the volatility of the market condition, and the sales agent's accuracy. Finally, the manufacturer's interest may be aligned with the reseller's when only the reseller can choose her accuracy; this alignment is never possible when both downstream players have the discretion to choose their accuracy. © 2014 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 二阶阶跃畸变模型下的卫星自主完好性监测接收机测距精度分析

测距精度是评估卫星自主完好性监测接收机在导航信号畸变环境下工作性能的一个重要指标。推导了卫星自主完好性监测接收机在国际民航组织二阶阶跃畸变模型下采用早晚相干跟踪处理时测距精度与畸变模型参数的解析表达式,理论分析和仿真结果表明数字畸变将导致接收机伪码鉴相器输出曲线存在过零点偏差,数字畸变量基本不影响接收机测距方差;模拟畸变将扭曲相关峰函数和鉴相器输出曲线,但鉴相器输出基本上不存在过零点偏差,模拟畸变参数、前端滤波器带宽和早晚码间距共同影响接收机的测距方差。     

The perils of special approaches to counterterrorism: the shooting of Jean Charles de Menezes in 2005

The death of Jean Charles de Menezes on the London Underground in 2005 remains a horrifying example of what happens when counterterrorism goes wrong. One of the extraordinary features of the shooting was the remarkable number of special elements, police units, military Special Forces, and unusual procedures and tactics involved in the incident. This article attempts to assess the causal significance of the special dimension in the horrific chain of circumstances. It does so by interrogating numerous explanations for the tragedy and highlighting the role of the special factor. The Stockwell shooting remains very important today because it casts a sharp and somewhat harsh spotlight on the particular pitfalls of special responses, measures and units to the multitudinous threats posed by international terrorism in the twenty-first century.     

弹丸飞行时间拟合误差对射击诸元误差的影响

分析了基本射表中弹丸飞行时间拟合误差对射击诸元误差的影响,给出了因时间拟合误差引起的射击误差的解析表达,并利用5条典型航路分析了飞行时间拟合误差对射角、射向误差的影响,得出了不同航捷、航高、斜距、目标速度下拟合误差对射击诸元误差的影响关系,从而为确定弹丸飞行时间拟合精度提供依据.     

时钟漂移对GPS/BD2组合系统精度影响分析

首先针对GPS时钟漂移,推导了计算位置误差的表达式,然后对GPS/BD2组合系统的时钟漂移进行了分析和修正,并利用模拟信号源提供的信号进行了仿真.结果表明:经过时钟漂移修正后,定位精度有了一定的提高,验证了仿真结果.     

反解法在再入机动弹道设计中的应用研究

简要分析了一般的再入机动弹道设计方法,即正解法.针对正解法对模型依赖性强和对初值非常敏感的问题,提出了一种基于误差补偿的机动弹道设计方法——反解法.该方法从弹道终端出发反解弹道,将计算结果误差转化为机动点参数误差,再通过关机点或中制导的调整进行误差补偿,从而有利于命中精度和打击效果的实现.仿真结果表明,该方法计算简便,对工程应用有一定的参考价值.     

谈大学物理设计性实验的实现

根据多年的学习和教学经验,从实验方法的确定;测量方法的选择;测量仪器的选择与配套;测量条件与最佳参数的确定;实施方案的拟定等几个方面,探讨了做好设计性实验的方法和原则。
