Transformation of Military Ethics During the Zhou Dynasty in Ancient China

ABSTRACT

The transformation of the governance model from a rule of virtue to political realism in China has been a topic of great interest to scholars. In this study, I examine military culture during the Zhou Dynasty and investigate the changes in ethics based on factors such as cultural values, social customs, and political structure to understand the process by which moral values have changed as the governance model transformed from rule of virtue to political realism. I found that military ethics have changed from governance through the use of rituals during the Western Zhou Dynasty to what was called “deception makes an army” during the Eastern Zhou Dynasty.     

A dual criteria sequencing problem with earliness and tardiness penalties

We consider the problem of sequencing n jobs on a single machine, with each job having a processing time and a common due date. The common due date is assumed to be so large that all jobs can complete by the due date. It is known that there is an O(n log n)‐time algorithm for finding a schedule with minimum total earliness and tardiness. In this article, we consider finding a schedule with dual criteria. The primary goal is to minimize the total earliness and tardiness. The secondary goals are to minimize: (1) the maximum earliness and tardiness; (2) the sum of the maximum of the squares of earliness and tardiness; (3) the sum of the squares of earliness and tardiness. For the first two criteria, we show that the problems are NP‐hard and we give a fully polynomial time approximation scheme for both of them. 含非线性介质Fabry-Perot腔混沌研究

根据混沌动力学的基本理论 ,计算了含非线性介质Fabry Perot腔动力学方程在其参数下的Lya punov指数分布图。利用Lyapunov指数和动力学特性的对应关系 ,分析出非线性Fabry Perot腔在各种参数下的动力学特性、稳态参数区域面积和混沌转换机制     

一种基于Mellin变换的水声宽带相关模糊函数的快速算法

提出了一种基于Mellin 变换的快速算法,其特点是在给定的某一时刻得到不同尺度下的变换结果,算法的运算量与待分析的时延成正比,而在固定时刻下的运算量为两个2M点的FFT和一次2M点复数乘法(M为待分析的尺度的个数).该算法的优点是实时性好,且适合于水声信号领域尺度跨度小、尺度分析较细的特点,并给出了与直接法、CZT法的比较结果.     

应用交互多模(IMM)算法跟踪低空目标

雷达跟踪低空目标时,由于多路径传播的影响,目标俯仰角的测量会出现测量误差.并且由多路径传播引起的测量噪声方差较大,在时间上具有相关性.应用交互多模(IMM)算法来提高跟踪低空目标的性能,并且提出了一种去相关的滤波方法来克服多径误差相关性的影响,最后给出了计算机仿真的滤波结果.     

防空导弹武器系统C3I仿真系统一体化研究

现代化的高科技战争中,C3I系统已成为武器系统的"神经中枢",建立一体化的C3I系统是联合作战、统一指挥的需要,同时也对C3I的仿真系统提出了一体化的要求。结合防空导弹武器两级指控仿真系统互操作问题的研究,首先简要介绍了仿真系统一体化的有关标准,然后介绍了互连的方式和对象,探讨和分析了互操作的模型、特点以及互操作性等级的评定。     

一种新型光带通滤波器的设计

设计一新颖的光纤环路作为光带通滤波器,它由３ｄＢ定向耦合器和光纤光栅构成,并用传输矩阵方法对其输入、输出特性进行了理论分析,表明是一种性能优异的带通滤波器,在光通信等领域有着良好的应用前景．     

多波束时域滑窗空时自适应方法及其性能分析

鉴于新一代机载预警相控阵雷达采用多波束且电子波束灵活可控的特点, 本文提出了一种多波束时域滑窗空时自适应处理方法。理论分析与计算机仿真实验表明, 该方法与现有的几种典型空时二维自适应信号处理 （ Ｓ Ｔ Ａ Ｐ） 方法相比, 具有系统自由度低、低速目标检测性能好、鲁棒性强等优点, 并且实现复杂度较低, 便于工程实现。
