为了深刻认识坚持和谐思维的重要意义,需要在与斗争哲学的比较中把握其本质和特征。和谐思维是对斗争哲学的扬弃,是对唯物辩证法的创新、丰富和发展,是辩证思维在当代发展的最新形式。承认世界在本质上是和谐的,和谐发展是自然界、社会和人类思维发展的普遍规律,是和谐思维的世界观基础;全面谋求我国全体人民的各种利益和人类的利益,是和谐思维的价值观基础;努力创造构建和谐社会、和谐世界的有效方式和途径,是和谐思维的方法论诉求。今天,必须大力提倡和坚持和谐思维,摒弃斗争哲学。     

基于SSM的装备指挥业务建模体系框架研究

在研究软系统方法论(SSM)的基础上,提出了"基于实体、面向过程、围绕活动、搞清机理"的装备指挥业务建模思路,构建了装备指挥业务建模体系结构、业务建模方法框架和业务建模过程框架。基于软系统方法论的装备指挥业务建模体系框架,能够有效促进业务模型对业务系统描述的完整性、一致性,具有重要的研究和应用价值。     

泛系相对论与供求因缘悖憾(一)——悖论的泛系研究

泛系理论是一种侧重泛系或者广泛联系的一种多层网络型的跨学科新研究 ,探索数理·逻辑·科学思维、系统思维、哲理·辩证思维、美学·诗化思维的某些结合 (联四维 )。泛系理论专门开发了网联不同领域多种专题的泛系相对论、供求因缘悖感分析与泛系悖论。本文论述有关的理法与释例 ,包括数理工医文社史哲许多相对性、悖论与供求因缘悖憾的泛系理悟 ,可以简化强化为 :“泛系悖论 =泛系相对论 +泛系供求论”。具体内容涉及 :泛系理论框架 784e ,泛系相对论·泛系辩证·泛系悖论的 8题 16模式百例 2 9说。     

Response surface analysis of two‐stage stochastic linear programming with recourse

We apply the techniques of response surface methodology (RSM) to approximate the objective function of a two‐stage stochastic linear program with recourse. In particular, the objective function is estimated, in the region of optimality, by a quadratic function of the first‐stage decision variables. The resulting response surface can provide valuable modeling insight, such as directions of minimum and maximum sensitivity to changes in the first‐stage variables. Latin hypercube (LH) sampling is applied to reduce the variance of the recourse function point estimates that are used to construct the response surface. Empirical results show the value of the LH method by comparing it with strategies based on independent random numbers, common random numbers, and the Schruben‐Margolin assignment rule. In addition, variance reduction with LH sampling can be guaranteed for an important class of two‐stage problems which includes the classical capacity expansion model. © 1999 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. 社会网络分析在军事C^4ISR组织结构中的应用

针对C^4ISR组织结构的复杂特点，运用社会网络分析概念分析军事C。ISR（指挥、控制、通信、计算机、情报、监视和侦察）组织结构，旨在对军事组织结构中的C^4ISR的效能给出一种定量分析的方法。具体讲，就是描述了FINC（力量、情报、网络和指挥控制）方法，给出了大量的基本运算法则来比较和定量分析C^4ISR组织结构的组织网络，便于更全面地分析评估不同组织结构的费效比，并将其应用于一个想定的C^4ISR组织结构中。     

复杂大系统仿真的VV&A理论及过程研究

为了确保复杂大系统仿真(LCSS)的可信性,应该在建模与仿真(M&S)的全生命周期中开展校核、验证与确认(VV&A)研究.对LCSS的VV&A进行了理论研究,提出其方法论与原则;以基于仿真组件构建的HLA仿真系统为例,从仿真组件层、联邦成员层及联邦层三个层面研究了VV&A过程,并将这些研究应用于反舰导弹突防联邦仿真中.实践表明,研究对LCSS的VV&A工作具有很好的指导作用,有力地保障了仿真的可信性.     

Rethinking strategic culture: A computational (social science) discursive-institutionalist approach

ABSTRACT

The strategic culture approach has been suffering from a prolonged theoretical stalemate, despite a surge in case studies, which culminated in the Johnston-Gray debate and subsequent schism. The present paper outlines a new approach designed to overcome this deadlock, and consists of three arguments. First, the three previous generations of strategic culture studies have failed to explain how strategic culture influences behaviour. Second, aligning strategic culture theory-building with discursive institutionalism offers a way to overcome this fundamental fallacy. Third, a research programme for strategic culture should draw on computational social science to enable it to present and test middle-range theories.     

大型船舶空气尾流场防治新技术的数值模拟

大型船舶空气尾流场对海上飞机安全降落有重要的影响,因此对其进行有效防治技术研究在保障飞机安全、大型船舶海上活动等方面有重要意义。采用计算流体力学方法开展大型船舶空气尾流场特性及其防治技术的数值模拟研究,以带有Spalart-Allmaras湍流模型的Reynolds平均Navier-Stokes方程构建模拟平台开展数值模拟,得到大型船舶空气尾流场规律特性。在此基础上,提出主动补气防治新技术,分别阐述其理论基础、核心方法和技术方案;根据主动补气防治技术思想和理论,进一步开展数值模拟验证研究。结果表明,该技术能显著改善空气尾流场的流场品质,使流场趋于平稳均匀,减小对飞机海上降落的影响。该技术进一步完善了可实现工程应用,并保证飞机海上降落安全,有巨大的应用潜力。     

Operations planning revisited: theoretical and practical implications of methodology

Parts of NATO’s contemporary planning framework called the comprehensive operations planning directive (COPD), and parts of the operation-level planning process should be revised since they suffer from methodological inconsistency. This claim is defended by discussing contradicting methodological properties and heuristics applied when framing and managing a military problem in accordance with the COPD. The methodological inconsistency within the COPD; in other words, simultaneously applying contradictory methodological properties, implies one theoretical and three practical implications. The theoretical implication is summarised in a meta-theoretical framework and explained by discussing five methodological properties: non-linearity, emergence, independently changeable generalisations, invariance and boundaries. The three practical implications of methodology imply that methodology is guiding: the problem-frame, conceptual development and action. To improve military planners’ understanding and management of these four identified implications, NATO is recommended to develop a “handbook of methodology.” The purpose of such a handbook should be to emphasise the utility of methodology when planning military operations.

在分析装备工作复杂性特点的基础上，提出了从事装备工作需要树立系统、活动、体系、部队和设计等5个观念，构建了用于装备工作的“任务-规律-设计”方法论，设计了从事装备工作的一般逻辑步骤，讨论了该方法论的特点、运用原则及方法体系，并以装备采购工作中货源选择工作为例，验证了该方法论的实用性。
