Weak aging properties for coherent systems with statistically dependent component lifetimes

As a relevant topic in reliability theory, the preservation of aging properties under the formation of various coherent structures contributes to improving system performance through better structure design and more effective system maintenance. The classical research in this line usually focuses upon coherent systems with independent component lifetimes. Recently, some authors discussed the preservation of IFR, NBU, and DMRL in the setting of dependent component lifetimes. This paper further investigates sufficient conditions for coherent systems with dependent component lifetimes to preserve aging properties including NBUC, NBU (2), DMRL, and their dual versions. Some examples are presented to illustrate coherent structures and typical copula functions fulfilling the present sufficient conditions as well.     

基于Vague集的装备采购项目组织结构评价方法

在装备采购项目组织评价中引入Vague集理论，在列举现有项目组织结构类型的基础上，构建项目组织结构评价指标体系，建立各项目组织结构和理想组织结构的Vague集，计算各项目组织结构和理想组织结构的相似度量，完成对装备采购项目组织结构的评价，为装备采购项目组织设计奠定基础。     

Cell structure of microcellular combustible object foamed by supercritical carbon dioxide

In order to solve the issue that the combustible objects for cased telescoped ammunition (CTA) didn't burn completely during the combustion process, the microcellular combustible objects were foamed with numerous cells in the micron order to improve the combustion performance by the supercritical carbon dioxide (SCCO₂) foaming technology. As the cell structure determined the combustion properties of microcellular combustible objects, the solubility of SCCO₂ dissolved into the combustible objects was obtained from the gravimetric method, and scanning electron microscope (SEM) was applied to characterize the cell structure under various process conditions of solubility, foaming temperature and foaming time. SEM images indicate that the cell diameter of microcellular combustible objects is in the level of 1 μm and the cell density is about 10¹¹ cell⋅cm⁻³. The microcellular combustible objects fabricated by the SCCO₂ foaming technology are smooth and uniform, and the high specific surface area of cell structure can lead to the significant combustion performance of microcellular combustible object for CTA in the future.     

基于博弈论的装备科研、购置、维修经费比例关系优化分析

通过不同时期国家战略部署、科研发展情况及经济承受能力对装备经费分配的影响分析,采用博弈的方法,建立了装备科研、购置和维修费之间的比例关系优化模型,给出了寻求纳什均衡点的迭代算法,并进行了仿真计算.仿真结果证明了该方法的可行性与正确性.

基于本体的信息与信息空间及其代数结构

实现特定信息环境下基于信息组织的信息资源服务,需要对信息、信息空间有更合适的、形式化的描述。文章基于本体层次对信息、信息的运算、信息之间的关系以及信息空间给出了数学描述并对其代数结构进行了研究。从而为特定信息环境下的信息资源服务提供理论支撑。     

适用于北斗混合星座的相对定位随机模型建模策略

为提高模糊度解算成功率和基线解精度,提出适用于北斗的相对定位随机模型建模策略,即混合随机建模策略。采用最小二乘方差分量估计方法对北斗单差观测量方差进行估计。对处于不同高度的三轨道卫星观测量方差分别建模:对地球静止轨道卫星观测量方差采用载噪比模型建模,对倾斜地球同步轨道卫星和中地球轨道卫星观测量方差均采用仰角模型建模。根据不同模型实时组建观测量的随机模型。试验结果表明:相比于采用传统简化模型和单一的仰角或载噪比模型,混合随机模型能更加真实地反映不同卫星观测量的随机噪声特性,模糊度解算成功率和相对定位精度均有提高,总体性能最优,因而能更好地适用于北斗系统。     

Supply chain coordination with shelf‐space and retail price dependent demand and heterogeneous retailers

We consider supply chain coordination in which a manufacturer supplies some product to multiple heterogeneous retailers and wishes to coordinate the supply chain via wholesale price and holding cost subsidy. The retail price is either exogenous or endogenous. The market demand is described by the market share attraction model based on all retailers'shelf‐spaces and retail prices. We obtain optimal solutions for the centralized supply chain, where the optimal retail pricing is a modified version of the well‐known cost plus pricing strategy. We further get feasible contracts for the manufacturer to coordinate the hybrid and decentralized supply chains. The manufacturer can allocate the total profit free to himself and the retail market via the wholesale price when the retail price is exogenous, but otherwise he cannot. Finally, we point out that different characteristics of the retail market are due to different powers of the manufacturer, and the more power the manufacturer has, the simpler the contract to coordinate the chain will be. © 2010 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 基于干涉仪测向的电子侦察卫星单星定位精度分析

针对信息化战场面临的复杂电磁环境,研究基于二维干涉仪测向方法的电子侦察卫星单星定位体制。分析了电子侦察卫星单星定位原理及定位算法,提出了电子侦察卫星单星测向定位精度GDOP算法,通过仿真定量计算卫星测角误差、卫星姿态误差和卫星位置误差对卫星定位精度的影响程度。结果表明电子侦察卫星测角精度、姿态控制精度和位置测量精度越高,单星定位精度越高。     

炮闩闩体击针孔强度仿真计算与结构改进

从击针和闩体的装配结构关系入手，在闩体击针室受力分析的基础上，进行了闩体有限元分析，得到了击针室两个不同部位受力时闩体击针孔处的应力和应变情况，从而提出解决闩体镜面击针孔产生凸出或裂纹问题的可行方案。
