Gunflints from Drottningen af Swerige (1745) and Concordia (1786)

Abstract

In the present paper, two gunflint assemblages from well-dated Scandinavian shipwrecks in Scottish waters are characterized and discussed. This attribute analysis has two main aims, namely to discuss the gunflints themselves and extract information relevant to the understanding of the historical period during which they were produced, used, and deposited, and to develop a methodology for the characterization, identification, comparison and discussion of gunflint assemblages.

“单兵维护与修理支持系统（ＭＡＲＳＳ）”是为了获取更好的武器系统维修能力,而将操作者与仪器设备综合为一体的单兵维修系统。它以质量轻且可穿戴的个人计算机为核心,采用开放式的系统结构和面向对象的软件设计,能够灵活地扩展即插即用式的测量仪器、诊断测试部件、交互式电子技术手册、维修数据库和新的工具,并使操作者方便地进行操作;系统的输入和输出利用操作者头部佩戴的麦克风和有源阵列平板式显示器实现。     

聚(丙烯酸-丙烯酰胺)高吸水剂的制备及应用性能的研究

用反相悬浮聚合法合成了丙烯酸-丙烯酰胺共聚物[P(AA-AM)]高吸水性树脂.讨论了其在蒸馏水及NaCl水溶液中的吸液性能,通过对滤液电导率的测定探讨了高吸水树脂吸盐水的机理.分别研究了在不同离子强度下NaCl、CuCl2、FeCl3和MgCl2、CaCl2、BaCl2以及KCl、KBr、KI水溶液中的吸液性能;以及在相同离子强度的不同盐溶液中的吸液性能.另外,研究了温度对树脂吸收性能的影响以及树脂的保液性能.结果表明,①随离子强度的增加吸液倍率显著下降;等离子强度下多价阳离子的存在使吸液倍率急剧减少;而同一主族阴离子的钾盐溶液中,当离子强度相等时,吸液倍率按阴离子半径从大到小的顺序依次降低,但差别很小.②高吸水性树脂中的非离子型单体的引入有利于提高树脂的抗盐性以及对不同种类盐的稳定性.在蒸馏水中,吸收倍率随温度升高而降低;但在质量分数3%的NaCl水溶液中,吸收倍率随温度的升高而升高.③合成的该高吸水性树脂具有很好的保液性能.     

知识库推理和维护系统 (KBIMS)

赋予知识库自动推理和维护功能,从而使知识库有效和实用,是知识库面临的关键问题。本文提出了一程基于缺言推理的知识库自动推理和维护方法,并介绍了根据此方法,在VAX—Ⅰ/780上使用GKD—Prolog 作为工具实现的一个知识库推理和维护系统。     

(Re-)emergent orders: understanding the negotiation(s) of rebel governance

Abstract

The concept of order is often neglected in the study of conflict – seemingly such a ‘disordering’ process. With the recent increase in the examination of rebel governance however, bringing order back into our understanding of rebel and insurgent groups has much to offer in exploring the everyday politics which connect authorities, rebel movements and the population itself, in a complex mass of intersubjective and power-based interactions and negotiations. Rebels both shape and are shaped by existing forms of order in complex and ongoing ways. This article explores how varying elements interact in the negotiation, framing and enforcement of order and develops an original analytical framework to examine the perpetual negotiations of rebel movements in their attempts to cement their control.

This second part of the review article begins with a definition of military power, when and how it should be used. From a large number of authors, “moral forces” are linked to “codes of conduct”, and the fundamental understandings about the “profession of arms”, based on “fiduciary trust”, “covenanted” service and professional and personal “conscience”. The article covers what authors have written about “culture” and the ethics of “technology” devices and systems, including “cyber” warfare. It concludes with recognition of the increase in ethical sensitivity in this century which is characterized by a phenomenon, the crises of “identity”, personal, national and global.

车辆电子学（ＶＥＴＲＯＮＩＣＳ）是近年来装甲车辆研究领域内兴起的一项意义深远的尖端技术。目前,最有影响的３个典型系统是美国的“标准陆军车辆电子系统体系结构（ＳＡＶＡ）”、英国的“车辆电子学研究防御倡议（ＶＥＲＤＩ）”及法国的全电子化主战坦克“勒克莱尔”。简单介绍了ＶＥＲＤＩ的研究历史,系统阐述了其第二研究阶段（ＶＥＲＤＩ－２）的改进方针、改进后的系统组成、设备配置、功能度及系统特征等。     

一类多维双重时序 AR(1)-MA(q) 模型的平稳性

讨论了一类多维双重时序ＡＲ（１）－ＭＡ（ｑ）模型的二阶平稳性问题。通过导出一组线性方程组，给出了这类模型二阶平稳的显式充分条件和必要条件，为验证模型的二阶平稳性提供了一个可行的途径。

美军建模与仿真管理特点及启示

美军是世界上唯一建立战争全域模拟仿真体系的军队,其建模与仿真建设高效管理的一些经验值得我军借鉴。本文归纳了美军建模与仿真管理5个方面的特点：高层机构统一领导,专职部门实施管理,以促进协作和共享为重点,规范化管理,模型、数据与服务一体化管理。并针对我军建模与仿真应用领域不广、协作共享不够、数据与服务管理欠缺的问题,提出了相应的建议。
