在航天领域中 ,多数制导问题均可以抽象为广义两点边值问题。本文探讨了神经网络在广义两点边值问题求解中的应用。首先讨论了离线制导这一类静态两点边值问题的求解 ,在此基础上 ,对在线制导这一类动态两点边值问题进行了分析 ,并给出了有效的解决方法     

传播学视野下的外国新闻事业史课程教学

外国新闻事业史课程的教学一直存在资料冗杂、线索不清、史多于论等诸多问题,如何更好地解决这些问题一直困扰着教学实践。笔者从传播学的一些经典理论出发来对这些问题进行具体分析,从而得出需要精简教学内容、提炼基本规律、增加课外拓展等有效地解决办法,最终达到提高外国新闻事业史课程教学效果的目标。     

Worst‐case performance of approximation algorithms for tool management problems

Since the introduction of flexible manufacturing systems, researchers have investigated various planning and scheduling problems faced by the users of such systems. Several of these problems are not encountered in more classical production settings, and so‐called tool management problems appear to be among the more fundamental ones of these problems. Most tool management problems are hard to solve, so that numerous approximate solution techniques have been proposed to tackle them. In this paper, we investigate the quality of such algorithms by means of worst‐case analysis. We consider several polynomial‐time approximation algorithms described in the literature, and we show that all these algorithms exhibit rather poor worst‐case behavior. We also study the complexity of solving tool management problems approximately. In this respect, we investigate the interrelationships among tool management problems, as well as their relationships with other well‐known combinatorial problems such as the maximum clique problem or the set covering problem, and we prove several negative results on the approximability of various tool management problems. © 1999 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. Exact algorithms for scheduling multiple families of jobs on parallel machines

In many practical manufacturing environments, jobs to be processed can be divided into different families such that a setup is required whenever there is a switch from processing a job of one family to another job of a different family. The time for setup could be sequence independent or sequence dependent. We consider two particular scheduling problems relevant to such situations. In both problems, we are given a set of jobs to be processed on a set of identical parallel machines. The objective of the first problem is to minimize total weighted completion time of jobs, and that of the second problem is to minimize weighted number of tardy jobs. We propose column generation based branch and bound exact solution algorithms for the problems. Computational experiments show that the algorithms are capable of solving both problems of medium size to optimality within reasonable computational time. © 2003 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. The many-product cargo loading problem

An algorithm, based upon dynamic programming, is developed for a class of fixed-cost cargo loading problems. The problems can be formulated as integer programming problems, but cannot be efficiently solved as such because of computational difficulties. The algorithm developed has proved to be very efficient in an actual operations research study involving over 500 different cargo items, more than 40 possible stops and several types of transportation vehicles. A numerical illustration is provided.     

An efficient primal approach to bottleneck transportation problems

This article addresses bottleneck linear programming problems and in particular capacitated and constrained bottleneck transportation problems. A pseudopricing procedure based on the poly-ω procedure is used to facilitate the primal simplex procedure. This process allows the recent computational developments such as the Extended Threaded Index Method to be applied to bottleneck transportation problems. The impact on problem solution times is illustrated by computational testing and comparison with other current methods.

Numerical treatment of a class of semi-infinite programming problems

Many optimization problems occur in both theory and practice when one has to optimize an objective function while an infinite number of constraints must be satisfied. The aim of this paper in to describe methods of handling such problems numerically in an effective manner. We also indicate a number of applications.     

Effect of welding processes on mechanical and microstructural characteristics of high strength low alloy naval grade steel joints

Naval grade high strength low alloy(HSLA) steels can be easily welded by all types of fusion welding processes. However, fusion welding of these steels leads to the problems such as cold cracking, residual stress, distortion and fatigue damage. These problems can be eliminated by solid state welding process such as friction stir welding(FSW). In this investigation, a comparative evaluation of mechanical(tensile, impact,hardness) properties and microstructural features of shielded metal arc(SMA), gas metal arc(GMA) and friction stir welded(FSW) naval grade HSLA steel joints was carried out. It was found that the use of FSW process eliminated the problems related to fusion welding processes and also resulted in the superior mechanical properties compared to GMA and SMA welded joints.     

A convex property of an ordered flow shop sequencing problem

A flow shop sequencing problem with ordered processing time matrices is considered. A convex property for the makespan sequences of such problems is discussed. On the basis of this property an efficient optimizing algorithm is presented. Although the proof of optimality has not been developed, several hundred problems were solved optimally with this procedure.     

Postoptimality analysis in nonlinear integer programming: The right-hand side case

An algorithm is presented to gain postoptimality data about the family of nonlinear pure integer programming problems in which the objective function and constraints remain the same except for changes in the right-hand side of the constraints. It is possible to solve such families of problems simultaneously to give a global optimum for each problem in the family, with additional problems solved in under 2 CPU seconds. This represents a small fraction of the time necessary to solve each problem individually.

A theoretical and computational comparison of “equivalent” mixed-integer formulations

This paper provides a theoretical and computational comparison of alternative mixed integer programming formulations for optimization problems involving certain types of economy-of-scale functions. Such functions arise in a broad range of applications from such diverse areas as vendor selection and communications network design. A “nonstandard” problem formulation is shown to be superior in several respects to the traditional formulation of problems in this class.

SDL系统与VxWorks集成中的关键技术

SDL是一种规格与描述性语言,非常适合信令与协议软件开发。VxWorks作为一个具有较高性能的、标准的嵌入式系统,在世界各地受到广泛应用。论文对在两者结合过程中所涉及的一些关键技术,如代码生成、集成方式选择、与操作系统接口以及与环境接口等进行了研究。
