人工神经网络在管理信息系统中的应用

在传统管理信息系统的基础上,增加专家系统模块,即基于人工神经网络技术的预测分析模块,完成复杂的非线性预测以提高MIS智能化、自动化水平。该模块选用反向传输(BP:BackPropagation)神经网络模型来实现,通过网络的自适应学习和训练,找出输入和输出之间的内在联系,从而求得问题的解答。利用该专家系统对出版社图书市场销量进行预测。结果表明:该方法性能好,可作为预测图书售量的一种有效手段。     

基于硬件计数器的MPEG4视频应用性能特征分析

通过指令集扩展来增强多媒体应用性能是微处理器发展的一个趋势,IntelMMX、SSE和SSE2是很好的例子。但应用本身的特点是否支持这些体系结构特性,应用软件是否充分发挥了多媒体指令集的潜力,都是值得关注的问题。采用动态Profiling的方法,研究MPEG4视频应用在基于IntelP4处理器的桌面机上的性能特性,使用硬件计数器工具来获取指令级的性能数据,并进行了深入分析。发现MPEG4播放软件较好地利用了IntelP4的64位MMX指令集,但对SSE和SSE2指令集几乎没有利用上;两级Cache不命中导致的性能损失很大。为提高视频播放性能,改进存储层次设计与优化播放软件比改进多媒体指令集更加有效。     

基于ESPRIT的中段弹道目标特征提取方法

提出了一种新的弹道目标特征提取方法:对宽带雷达回波进行STRETCH处理后用ESPRIT方法估计其中频点,然后采用Gerschgorin半径方法进行散射源数目估计,去除虚假频率,获得目标散射点的数目、位置、散射中心强度等特征参数。与基于FFT算法的特征提取方法相比,这种方法具有更强的抑制杂波能力和更高的分辨率。仿真结果表明了该方法的有效性。     

一种基于图像分类的遥感图像配准方法

遥感图像配准是遥感图像融合中最重要的预处理步骤。寻找适应性强、精度高、计算快的配准算法一直是研究的核心问题。在研究现有配准算法的基础上,提出了一种基于图像分类的特征匹配方法。该方法在基于控制点的多项式粗配准的基础上,利用分类图像相关实现了基于仿射变换模型的精配准。实验结果表明:对于同质和异质遥感图像,此方法的配准精度都达到了子像素级;而计算量与传统的基于灰度相关的方法和基于特征匹配的方法相比则大为减少。     

基于窗口预测匹配的序列图像点目标轨迹检测算法

序列图像中运动点目标轨迹的实时检测算法,是目标识别、实时跟踪处理系统中的关键算法之一。在分析不同层次处理方法的基础上,给出了一种基于预测、窗口匹配的点轨迹预测—匹配检测算法,并根据仿真实验的效果,指出此算法可有效地对低信噪比序列图像运动点目标轨迹进行实时检测,具有多目标轨迹检测能力。

基于程序切片的电路提取技术

从HDL设计描述中提取电路在VLSI设计验证、低功耗分析、测试生成等方面有广泛的应用需求。提出了一种采用程序切片技术实现的新的电路提取方法,并深入论述了基于程序切片技术从Verilog描述中进行电路提取的理论基础。该方法可以为每一个感兴趣的信号获取其"链接切片"。与以前的方法相比,该方法的优点是细粒度的、不受书写格式的限制,并且能处理更多Verilog的语法元素。该方法已经被集成到现有设计流程中,实验结果表明其方便、高效,有良好的通用性。     

测量TOA和DOA的单站无源定位跟踪可观测条件

单站无源定位跟踪技术中,可观测性分析是一个关键问题,但是由于TOA测量方程的非线性程度太高,直接通过计算Jacobin矩阵得到的可观测矩阵形式非常复杂,很难得出明确的分析结果。采用新的思路推导了一种TOA测量方程的线性化方程,分析了测量TOA和DOA单站无源定位的可观测条件。最后给出了计算机仿真结果。

首先提出一组基函数向量,它具有以下特定的性质：ＢＢ（０）Ｔ＝（０．０,１．０,０．０,０．０）,ＢＢ（１）Ｔ＝（０．０,０．０,１．０,０．０）ＢＢ＇（０）Ｔ＝（－０．５,０．０,０．５,０．０）,ＢＢ＇（１）Ｔ＝（０．０,－０．５,０．０,０．５）ＢＢ″（０）Ｔ＝－（１．０,－２．０,１,０,０．０）,ＢＢ″（１）Ｔ＝（０．０,１．０,－２．０．１．０）。进而研究了以此函数向量的张量积形式定义的有理样条曲面。并得以下结论：（１）插值性;（２）Ｃ２连续性;（３）局部性和可调性。文中还分析了“权”的作用,并指出它与三次Ｂ－样条的类似性。     

静电放电对电子装置的危害机理分析与模型研究

本文介绍了静电放电(ESD)对电子装置的危害,分析了半导体器件受ESD影响而失效的机理,及ESD对电子设备形成干扰的途径,介绍并分析了六种ESD模型,即人体模型(HBM)、带电装置模型(CDM)、场感应模型(FIM)、机器模型(MM)、增强型场模型(FEM)或金属体模型(BMM)、电容耦合模型(CCM)。     

A learning tabu search for a truck allocation problem with linear and nonlinear cost components

The two‐level problem studied in this article consists of optimizing the refueling costs of a fleet of locomotives over a railway network. The goal consists of determining: (1) the number of refueling trucks contracted for each yard (truck assignment problem denoted TAP) and (2) the refueling plan of each locomotive (fuel distribution problem denoted FDP). As the FDP can be solved efficiently with existing methods, the focus is put on the TAP only. In a first version of the problem (denoted (P1)), various linear costs (e.g., fuel, fixed cost associated with each refueling, weekly operating costs of trucks) have to be minimized while satisfying a set of constraints (e.g., limited capacities of the locomotives and the trucks). In contrast with the existing literature on this problem, two types of nonlinear cost components will also be considered, based on the following ideas: (1) if several trucks from the same fuel supplier are contracted for the same yard, the supplier is likely to propose discounted prices for that yard (Problem (P2)); (2) if a train stops too often on its route, a penalty is incurred, which represents the dissatisfaction of the clients (Problem (P3)). Even if exact methods based on a mixed integer linear program formulation are available for (P1), they are not appropriate anymore to tackle (P2) and (P3). Various methods are proposed for the TAP: a descent local search, a tabu search, and a learning tabu search (LTS). The latter is a new type of local search algorithm. It involves a learning process relying on a trail system, and it can be applied to any combinatorial optimization problem. Results are reported and discussed for a large set of instances (for (P1), (P2), and (P3)), and show the good performance of LTS. © 2014 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 62:32–45, 2015     

Transnational policing: preemption and deterrence against elusive perpetrators

Why does a state directly police certain kinds of transnational perpetrators by itself while indirectly policing other kinds through their host government? To address this question, we develop a formal model, where Defender chooses either to police Perpetrators or to make Proxy do so. According to our theory, the delegation of policing can enhance its effectiveness in light of Proxy’s three advantages: (a) Proxy can convince Perpetrators of punishments more credibly than Defender (communicative advantage); (b) Proxy is more likely to identify Perpetrators and detect what they hold dear (informational advantage); (c) Proxy can cripple and punish Perpetrators more effectively (offensive advantage). On the other hand, the delegation may cause inefficiency if Defender has limited information about Proxy’s choice or cost of policing. Depending on the relative size between these advantages and disadvantages, one of the following four forms of policing may emerge: (i) Defender polices Perpetrators on her own (e.g. Somali counter-piracy operations); (ii) Defender induces Proxy to police Perpetrators (U.S. War on Drugs in Colombia and Mexico); (iii) Defender and Proxy together police Perpetrators (Operation Inherent Resolve); (iv) two or more Defender-Proxy states police Perpetrators in each’s own domain (Interpol, Budapest Convention).
