潜艇的优势在于隐蔽性和突击性.但是,潜艇的感知能力限制了潜艇性能的进一步扩展.潜艇无人机系统的出现为潜艇能力的扩展提供了一种手段.针对潜艇作战能力的需求,介绍了潜艇无人机系统的发展状况,分析了潜艇无人机系统的关键技术,并给出了潜艇无人机系统的两种作战使用方式.     

微小型无人机遥感图像应用

通过给微小型无人机加装数码相机和微型INS姿态测量系统,可以同时获得对地面的遥感图像和当时无人机的姿态数据.根据传感器构像方程和几何畸变校正理论,对拍摄的图片进行几何校正.通过图像融合拼接,给出了目标地区的大面积数字影像图,最后给出了局部实验结果.     

Analysis on MAV/UAV cooperative combat based on complex network

A formation model of manned/unmanned aerial vehicle (MAV/UAV) collaborative combat can qualitatively and quantitatively analyze the synergistic effects. However, there is currently no effective and appropriate model construction method or theory, and research in the field of collaborative capability evaluation is basically nonexistent. According to the actual conditions of cooperative operations, a new MAV/UAV collaborative combat network model construction method based on a complex network is presented. By analyzing the characteristic parameters of the abstract network, the index system and complex network are combined. Then, a method for evaluating the synergistic effect of the cooperative combat network is developed. This method provides assistance for the verification and evaluation of MAV/UAV collaborative combat.     

Conceptualizing caveats for political research: Defining and measuring national reservations on the use of force during multinational military operations

The upsurge in post-Cold War coalition operations has stimulated research on caveats: national reservations on the use of force in multinational military operations. However, because the concept of caveats has no agreed-upon definition, it is used inconsistently. This in turn impedes comparing research findings across academic and policy studies and therefore systematic research. This article is a contribution to the scholarly debate on how the analytical concept of caveats are to be delimited. Crucially, we argue that caveats result from some calculated political decision, and should not be confused with reserved behavior due to financial and technical limitations, or lack of coordination. We suggest that caveats are empirically observed and measured in two ways: First, we argue that coalition rules of engagement should be used as a yardstick for measuring direct reservations on the use of force. Second, we suggest reservations on task-assignment and geographical mobility should be used to register indirect reservations.     

Using strategic culture to understand participation in expeditionary operations: Australia,Poland, and the coalition against the Islamic State

This article investigates how strategic culture influenced the decision-making of Australia and Poland regarding the global coalition against the Islamic State. In the coalition, Australia has followed its tradition of active participation in United States-led operations, while Poland has embarked on a more cautious line, thereby breaking with its previous policy of active participation. The article examines how Australian and Polish responses to the coalition were shaped by five cultural elements: dominant threat perception, core task of the armed forces, strategic partners, experiences of participating in coalitions of the willing, and approach to the international legality of expeditionary operations. It finds that Australia and Poland differed on all five elements but that the major differences are found in dominant threat perception and core task of the armed forces.     

基于模板的无人机机动动作建模与仿真

研究了常用的无人机机动模板构建和机动动作生成算法,构建了基于控制量的基本机动模板,以低空跃升攻击动作为例,对动作进行了分解,将此机动动作的各部分利用基本机动模板进行拼接,并对其进行了仿真。结果表明,算法可依据任务和无人机控制约束将模板拼接成可行的机动动作,从而较大程度地提升了无人机机动动作设计的灵活性。     

The Just Warrior Ethos: A Response to Colonel Riza

In 2014, Colonel M. Shane Riza published an article in this journal arguing that remotely piloted aircraft (RPA) and robotic weapons threaten the US Air Force’s warrior ethos. Riza has clearly articulated the sentiments of one side of a vibrant debate within our service. This paper presents an alternative view; a view held by some who have experienced these new forms and tools of war, and who have wrestled with their implications first-hand. In this paper, we address some methodological concerns with Riza’s approach and then engage some misunderstandings about RPA’s relationship to military history and to risk. The second part of this paper takes a close look at some of the early Just War thinkers to determine what implications the tradition may have on the warrior ethos. We propose, as an alternative to Riza’s position, a return to an ethos grounded in humility, charity, and a conception of war as a last resort; in short, a return to the Just Warrior Ethos.     

对无人机下行遥测链路干扰效能评估及仿真

根据无人机下行遥测链路的抗干扰技术,详细分析了无人机下行遥测链路的工作原理,提出了三种干扰方式。研究了宽带噪声干扰、单音干扰和脉冲干扰对无人机下行遥测链路干扰效能,给出了误码率计算模型。最后对三种干扰方式的干扰效能进行了仿真和比较,仿真结果显示在不同干信比的情况下,不同干扰方式的干扰效能也不相同。     

舰载无人机与舰载预警直升机协同对海搜索?

针对舰载预警直升机对海搜索存在的问题,以提高舰载预警直升机对海搜索的隐蔽性与安全性为目标,结合舰载无人机被动探测区的特点,提出了舰载预警直升机机载雷达断续主动搜索与舰载无人机“Z”字形航线被动搜索相结合的协同对海搜索方式与策略,并给出了舰载预警直升机断续搜索周期计算模型及舰载无人机“Z”字形航线要素计算模型,通过仿真计算,验证了该协同方式的有效性,为舰载无人机与舰载预警直升机协同对海搜索提供了方法和依据。     

基于GQFD的警用反恐无人机战技性能需求分析

为有效应对新疆地区频发的暴力恐怖事件性,武警部队广泛装备警用反恐无人机,以提高遂行反恐任务的能力。采用基于灰关联分析的质量功能展开方法(GQFD)对警用反恐无人机的任务进行分析,建立需求分析质量屋(HOQ)模型,得到了警用反恐无人机的关键技术性能及其重要度排序。通过对警用反恐无人机的战技性能分析,为驻疆武警部队装备反恐无人机提供技术指导与决策参考。
