火场心理调节与心理训练

消防指战员在火场上的心理状态直接影响甚至决定着指战员的生理状态,影响灭火救援任务的完成。如果我们将指战员的心理调节至适度的兴奋、紧张,而避免急躁、恐惧等不良心理的产生,就能使指战员处于一种良好的心理、生理状态,保证在其他因素(如正确的战术、精良的装备、群众的配合等)的配合下顺利完成灭火救援任务。     

某型转管航炮对空中目标射击命中概率分析

研究了影响航炮射击的误差因素,对误差的构成及其分布特性进行了分析。研究目标在命中平面上的投影面积,得出目标投影面积的计算方法,并进行了等效简化。在此基础上,计算航炮对空中目标射击的单发命中概率和连发数为k时的命中概率。利用MATLAB编写程序求解航炮射击命中概率,以某型六管航炮为例对其在不同射速条件下对目标的命中概率进行了数值计算,为航炮的作战使用提供参考。     

高速并行Gardner算法设计与实现

随着空间探测任务逐步增加、空间信道频谱资源日趋紧张,传统Gardner定时同步算法已经无法满足高速数传系统高通量、高可靠性的需求。为了提高Gardner定时同步算法的吞吐率并增大可纠正误差范围,提出一种高速并行Gardner算法。为了保证插值精度同时减少乘法器消耗,设计了一种并行分段抛物线插值滤波器;为了便于并行流水线设计和最佳采样点选取,构建了计数模块和定时缓存调整模块;为了提高等价吞吐率,重构了流水线并行环路滤波器结构和并行数控振荡器结构。结果表明,该算法等价吞吐率可达1 739.13 Msps,数字信号处理器资源消耗可减少44%,可纠正2×10^-3的定时误差。     

多约束强化学习最优智能滑翔制导方法

为提升复杂飞行任务下滑翔制导的自主性,提出一种基于最优制导与强化学习的多约束智能滑翔制导策略。引入三维最优制导以满足终端经纬度、高度以及速度倾角约束。提出基于侧向正弦机动的速度控制策略,研究考虑机动飞行的终端速度解析预测方法。针对速度控制中机动幅值无法离线确定的问题,研究基于强化学习的智能调参方法。该方法基于终端速度设计状态空间,以机动幅值设计动作空间,设计综合终端速度误差与滑翔制导任务的回报函数,采用Q-Learning实现机动幅值的智能调整。仿真结果表明,智能滑翔制导方法能够高精度满足终端多种约束,并能有效提升复杂任务下的自主决策能力。     

Robust cubature Kalman filter method for the nonlinear alignment of SINS

Nonlinear initial alignment is a significant research topic for strapdown inertial navigation system(SINS).Cubature Kalman filter(CKF)is a popular tool for nonlinear initial alignment.Standard CKF assumes that the statics of the observation noise are pre-given before the filtering process.Therefore,any unpredicted outliers in observation noise will decrease the stability of the filter.In view of this problem,improved CKF method with robustness is proposed.Multiple fading factors are introduced to rescale the obser-vation noise covariance.Then the update stage of the filter can be autonomously tuned,and if there are outliers exist in the observations,the update should be less weighted.Under the Gaussian assumption of KF,the Mahalanobis distance of the innovation vector is supposed to be Chi-square distributed.Therefore a judging index based on Chi-square test is designed to detect the noise outliers,determining whether the fading tune are required.The proposed method is applied in the nonlinear alignment of SINS,and vehicle experiment proves the effective of the proposed method.     

The Gravity of Arms

The aim of this paper is to investigate the determinants of international arms transfers in a gravity model framework. By distinguishing between the decision to export arms (extensive margin) and the value of the arms exported (intensive margin), while also considering its interdependence, is what differentiates this paper from previous research. A theoretically justified gravity model of trade augmented with political and security motives is estimated using a two-stage panel data approach for 104 exporting countries over the period from 1950 to 2007. In addition to the usual gravity variables related to the economic mass of the trading countries and the trade cost factors, the model is extended with political and security factors. The level of democracy in both trading partners, political differences between trading partners and voting similarity with the United States in the UN General Assembly of the countries engaged in trade are the main political factors, whereas the existence of conflicts, military pacts, and embargoes are taken as security motives. The key result indicates that both political and security motives are an important determinant of an arms trade, but their effects on the extensive margin of exports (the decision to order a transfer) differs from their effect on the intensive margin (average value of exports). Moreover, the relative importance of the factors under study has changed since 1989. In the post-cold war period, countries that are less democratic are more likely to export arms, military pacts are less relevant and embargoes play a role.
