会计专业实践教学体系建设初探

素质教育重点强调培养学生的创新能力、创业精神和实践能力,专业实践教学的目的是使学生在基本了解所学专业理论知识背景的基础之上能进一步掌握与该专业理论知识运用紧密相关联的实务操作技能,以培养学生的专业综合素质。但现有的会计专业实践教学模式却由于其不足和局限性并不能满足上述要求,因此,应对其进行体系化改革。本文即从现有模式的现状分析入手,为其体系化改革提供对策。     

新体制下集团军信息化建设的现状分析与对策建议

在建设世界一流军队征程中,陆军正面临着一场革故鼎新的变革。文章深入分析了集团军信息化建设中存在的官兵科技素质不高、基础设施不牢靠和指控系统不统一等问题,总结出了一是要积极参与上级信息化建设总体设计,提出操作性很强的建设具体需求;二是要依据上级的"规划图"制定好本级的"施工图",把职责范围内的各项工作落细落实;三是要扎实抓好官兵学习训练,努力提升官兵的综合科技素养等对策建议。

Noncooperative cost spanning tree games with budget restrictions

We extend the noncooperative game associated with the cost spanning tree problem introduced by Bergantiños and Lorenzo (Math Method Oper Res 59(2004), 393–403) to situations where agents have budget restrictions. 面向战术训练的装备模拟器的设计

模拟器是战术训练系统的重要组成部分,分析了战术训练模拟器的主要功能要求,从模拟器总体体系架构设计、结构和布局设计、设备设计和选型、软件体系设计等方面介绍了模拟器的总体设计内容,分析了模拟器设计中的关键技术,提出了设计中的应对措施。     

Does counterterrorism spending reduce the incidence and lethality of terrorism? A quantitative analysis of 34 countries

Following the 11 September 2001 attacks, the US government increased its counterterrorism (CT) funding and created several Federal Agencies such as the Department of Homeland Security; Transportation Security Administration; and National Counterterrorism Center. Similarly, the 7 July 2005, London bombings also compelled the British government to increase its CT funding. These examples illustrate a phenomenon that when states experience terrorism, they dramatically increase public safety spending in order to reduce or eliminate the incidents of and casualties resulting from acts of terror. Using statistical data collected from 34 countries covering nine years, this article examines recent CT spending increases. Critically, the authors explore whether recent public safety expenditures can measurably reduce the number of domestic and international terrorist attacks. The implications of their findings should be salient for policy-makers’ assessments of their countries’ current CT strategies and policies concerning their respective Intelligence and Security Communities.     

加强网络国防建设战略运筹需要强化的六种意识

针对网络国防的现实需求,文章就加强网络国防建设的战略运筹指出了需要强化的六种意识：忧患意识,全局意识,创新意识,主动意识,重点意识,优势意识。在分析了三个方面的忧患意识,归纳了服务于国家安全战略、加强全局筹划、强化长远效益的全局意识。总结了理论创新、法律创新、技术创新为主要领域的创新意识等基础上,提出了维护国家根本利益、聚力局部竞争优势、拓展综合防卫能力的重点意识,探讨了主动探索建设途径、主动加强机制建设、主动构建核心能力的主动意识．分析了尽快形成战斗力生成模式优势、尽快形成防御力量和人才优势、尽快形成军民融合发展体系的优势意识。     

Problem of the reference height of the projectile trajectory as a reduced meteo-ballistic weighting factor

This paper deals with the issue of preparation of the aiming angles with the use of tabular firing tables and needed determination of the ballistic elements μ_B (ballistic wind w_B, w_xB, w_ZB, ballistic (virtual) temperature τ_B, ballistic density ρ_B) from the standardized met messages. The weighting factors are used for the calculation of ballistic elements μ_B that are incorporated into the trajectory calculations characteristics of weapon and ammunition. Two different methodologies practically used in the praxis are analysed and compared. For the comparison of the two methodologies the reference height of trajectory determined from the weighting factor functions is employed. On the basis of the analyses conducted, the potential for further increase in accuracy of these aiming angles preparation methods is pointed out.     

基于动力学仿真的6×6轮式越野车辆总体性能评价

为分析和评价某型6×6轮式越野车辆的总体设计性能,建立了整车多刚体动力学模型、刚柔耦合动力学模型以及悬架系统台架试验模型,计算了整车固有特性,依次进行了悬架系统运动学、行驶动力学、操纵稳定性分析。在计算车体和悬架摆臂结构模态的基础上,考核了典型行驶工况下车体和悬架部件结构的动态强度,依据国家相关标准,利用仿真结果对6×6整车设计进行了系统的评价,指出了该越野车总体设计性能的不足,为其进一步改进和优化设计提供了参考依据。研究方法对其他轮式越野车辆系统的设计和评价具有一定的参考价值。
