碳纤维混凝土抗冻性能试验研究

为了增强高昼夜温差地区营房屋面和墙体的抗裂性能,提高营房安全性、舒适性及使用寿命,利用快速冻融法对碳纤维混凝土进行了300次冻融循环试验,并测量其相对动弹性模量和质量损失情况。结果显示:普通混凝土在150次冻融循环试验后试件破坏严重,平均质量损失了0.695 kg,损失率为6.9%;碳纤维混凝土在300次冻融循环试验后外形仍保持较好的完整性,平均质量损失了0.514 kg,损失率为5.19%,相对动弹性模量最多下降了34%,其中体积分数为1%的碳纤维混凝土平均质量损失仅为0.398 kg,损失率为4.05%,相对动弹性模量下降了31%。试验表明碳纤维可以改善混凝土的抗冻性能,适用于高昼夜温差地区建筑。

The impact of operational decisions on the design of salesforce incentives

When facing high levels of overstock inventories, firms often push their salesforce to work harder than usual to attract more demand, and one way to achieve that is to offer attractive incentives. However, most research on the optimal design of salesforce incentives ignores this dependency and assumes that operational decisions of production/inventory management are separable from design of salesforce incentives. We investigate this dependency in the problem of joint salesforce incentive design and inventory/production control. We develop a dynamic Principal‐Agent model with both Moral Hazard and Adverse Selection in which the principal is strategic and risk‐neutral but the agent is myopic and risk‐averse. We find the optimal joint incentive design and inventory control strategy, and demonstrate the impact of operational decisions on the design of a compensation package. The optimal strategy is characterized by a menu of inventory‐dependent salesforce compensation contracts. We show that the optimal compensation package depends highly on the operational decisions; when inventory levels are high, (a) the firm offers a more attractive contract and (b) the contract is effective in inducing the salesforce to work harder than usual. In contrast, when inventory levels are low, the firm can offer a less attractive compensation package, but still expect the salesforce to work hard enough. In addition, we show that although the inventory/production management and the design of salesforce compensation package are highly correlated, information acquisition through contract design allows the firm to implement traditional inventory control policies: a market‐based state‐dependent policy (with a constant base‐stock level when the inventory is low) that makes use of the extracted market condition from the agent is optimal. This work appears to be the first article on operations that addresses the important interplay between inventory/production control and salesforce compensation decisions in a dynamic setting. Our findings shed light on the effective integration of these two significant aspects for the successful operation of a firm. © 2014 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 校长专业发展是指校长的专业素质结构不断更新、演进和丰富的过程。参照体现校长实现专业发展的五个方面内容,将态度和能力归纳为中小学校长专业化发展素质构成的重要维度。根据心理学理论的划分,将态度及能力的构成经过合理的整合,提出专业精神、专业知识和专业能力是中小学校长专业化发展素质构成的三大要素,并根据校长职业角色维度对三要素进行深入分析和细化,继而提出若干子要素,分析了各要素之间的关系,可作为中小学校长拟(初)从职人员参照依据。     

轴向应力对铁磁材料磁极性影响研究

为研究外加应力作用下铁磁材料磁极性变化规律,制作Q235钢轴状静载拉伸试件,在MTS810型液压伺服试验机上进行正向或反向多级加载,采用EMS2003金属磁记忆仪检测拉伸过程试件表面磁记忆信号变化,分析加载顺序、加载次数及应力大小对磁极性影响。研究结果表明：同一加载方向上试件磁极性不变,加载应力大小决定磁极性强弱,正反方向加载试件产生相反的磁极性。同一加载方向、同一加载应力条件下,加载次数不影响磁极性;改变加载方向,加载应力需逆转磁畴结构取向,加载次数增多使磁极性略有增强。     

PCA和ICA的舰船尾流后向散射光信号检测

水体的后向散射光信号是舰船尾流后向散射光信号检测的常见干扰,由于其在频域十分接近且信号强度大于尾流信号,因此严重影响了有用信号的提取。针对这一问题,提出了一种基于主成分分析(PCA)和独立成分分析(ICA)相结合的尾流散射光信号检测方法。首先使用主成分分析对采集的散射光信号进行降维,去除冗余成分,之后使用基于负熵的F astICA算法对数据进行处理,分离了水体和舰船尾流的散射光信号,通过实验验证了该算法的有效性。     

正畸力作用下微种植体支抗的应力分析

通过建立直径为1.4,1.6,1.8 mm,长度为6,8,10 mm,螺纹深度为0.2 mm,螺纹间距0.5 mm的Ti质微种植体支抗与颌骨有限元模型,研究在常用载荷1.96 N正畸力与微种植体长轴呈45°,60°和75°三种角度时的Ti质微种植体应力分布和大小。分析得出,应力主要集中在微种植体颈部1 mm内,在其颈部1.2 mm的范围内应力值的衰减都很明显,在颈部1.2 mm的范围内曲线较陡。在设定的加载条件下,不同直径的微种植体应力值呈规则的变化趋势,直径1.8 mm,45°时微种植体的各应力值极值最小。微种植体长度对应力的影响不大,位移变化均较小。     

Stolen trauma: why some veterans elaborate their psychological experience of military service

The embellishment of a warrior biography has a long history but examples of veteran elaboration of traumatic experience have become increasingly apparent. Although legislative change in the UK has removed the penalties for fabrication and a progressive decline in the military footprint may have increased the likelihood of such false trauma narratives, a paradigm shift in explanations for mental illness underpins this phenomenon. The recognition of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) in 1980, followed by studies to identify risk factors, led to a greater appreciation of psychological vulnerability. As a result, the use of shame to discourage acts formerly labelled as “cowardly” or “lacking in morale fibre” is no longer considered appropriate. Recent conflicts in Iraq and Afghanistan generated popular sympathy for service personnel, whilst media focus on PTSD has led the UK public to believe that most veterans have been traumatised by their tours of duty.     

舰炮大型铸铝件断裂残余应力分析

采用盲孔法测试某型舰炮大型铸铝件残余应力,结果分析表明原结构中残余应力较大,部分位置残余应力超过材料屈服极限是其断裂的根本原因.通过工艺改进后,构件残余应力幅值大幅降低,满足工程要求.

根据军用雷达成本涉及的各个方面,建立雷达成本波动评价指标体系,运用主成分分析法确定其重要影响因子及权重,构造具有望小特性的评价函数可用于竞标决策选优,为军用雷达成本控制提供即时管理。
