为了提升网络隐写方法中秘密信息隐蔽传输的安全性,研究了携带诱骗信息的多层网络隐写方法。方法分为两层,高层方法用于携带诱骗信息欺骗检测者,低层方法利用网络协议栈纵向多协议之间的关系编码秘密信息,实现隐蔽通信。实验结果表明,该方法能够在保证隐写带宽的同时,确保了秘密信息传输的安全性。  相似文献

Budgetary pressures have driven a steady expansion of armaments collaboration projects internationally. This has also been the case in Europe where it is estimated that currently one-fifth of European procurement budgets are spent on collaborative weapons systems and the European Defence Agency has the long-term objective of increasing this figure by over 50%. The purpose of this article is to assess whether collaborative armaments projects can offer the benefits frequently attributed to them. To this end, the study examines the five combat aircraft projects that European states have collaboratively undertaken since the 1950s.  相似文献

协作是网络中心战的原则之一.协作的概念及其量化模型是目前网络中心战研究中的一个热点.在详细解释了信息时代中协作的概念基础上,分析研究了协作的维以及网络中心战中的信息域和认知域的协作,指出协作既有利也有弊.进而,将协作的影响简化为协作对完成作战任务的时间上的影响.利用信息熵量化了协作带来的"正影响",利用Logistic方程量化了协作带来的"负影响",综合这两种影响给出了简化的协作量化模型.最后指出了该模型适用于量化诸如防空作战中的协作等时间关键的协作.  相似文献

针对联合作战中分布、动态的战场环境和海量的战场信息,满足不同作战实体对战场信息资源共享的需求,构建了一个基于多智能体的、面向作战任务的信息资源共享模型,并提出了一种新颖的基于相似度的用户动态聚类方法。从用户的资源请求中发现用户兴趣和用户之间的相似度,通过交互机制有效地将相同兴趣的用户及资源智能体关联起来,提高作战主体获取战场信息的能力。实验证明该算法具有较高的效率和良好的可扩展性。  相似文献

Abstract

Terms like ‘support’ and ‘collaboration’ are often used interchangeably to denote a loose set of acts or attitudes that benefit non-state armed groups (NSAGs). However, these terms are seldom defined, and the alternatives available to civilians are rarely identified. Moreover, existing approaches overlook that the interaction between civilians and NSAGs is often one between ruler and ruled, which makes obedience and resistance central. This paper proposes to conceptualize the choices available to civilians as forms of cooperation and non-cooperation, offers a typology, and discusses the implications for theory building on civilian and NSAG behavior, and on the functioning of armed social orders.  相似文献

Post-Cold War “lab-to-lab” collaborations on unclassified scientific issues between U.S. and Russian nuclear weapons laboratories set the stage for bilateral cooperation in materials control and other nuclear areas. They also became the major element in a cooperative process initiated by a Presidential Decision Directive to ensure Russia's compliance with the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty. These collaborations have always been highly favored by leaders of the Russian nuclear weapons complex—the same leaders who oversee Russia's participation in various government-to-government programs. This article reviews these collaborations and examines the possibility that U.S. rebuffs of Russian proposals and the U.S. failure to keep promises of expanded collaboration could contribute to Russia's reluctance in major programs and even lead to a return to nuclear testing by Russia. The author argues that a renewed U.S. commitment to the process should be an immediate goal of the Obama administration and is an essential step in re-engaging Russia to solve the nuclear problems remaining from the Cold War. Collaborative procurement emerged as one of the many initiatives for achieving improved inter‐firm coordination and collaboration. In this article, we adopt a game‐theoretical approach to study the interaction between two firms who procure jointly, but produce independently and remain competitors in a product market characterized by price‐sensitive demand. We study the underlying economics behind collaborative procurement, examine the effects of collaboration on buyer and supplier profitability, and derive conditions under which collaboration is beneficial to each participant. We find that a necessary and sufficient condition for a buyer to collaborate is to increase its sales. We identify the conditions that lead equal size buyers (i.e., consortia consisting of only large buyers or only small buyers) versus different size buyers to collaborate. We also determine the conditions that make collaboration profitable for the supplier, and show that rather than selling a large quantity to a single buyer, the supplier prefers to sell to multiple buyers in smaller quantities. © 2008 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
