As an essential component of ammunition, pyrotechnics can control ignition with high reliability. However, due to limits of fabrication technology, traditional pyrotechnics are bulky. To achieve both functionality and miniaturization, MEMS pyrotechnics integrate initiator, safety-and-arming (S&A) device and lead charge and keep all components within a small size. MEMS S&A devices, as the core component to ensure system safety, are difficult to achieve active and rapid response to control signals with high safety and reliability. In order to overcome the difficulty, we propose the design and characterization of a MEMS pyrotechnic with a double-layer barrier S&A device. The MEMS pyrotechnic is a high-integrated device with an overall size of 13.4 × 8.5 × 5.2 mm3. The initiator is a NiCr bridge foil covered with an Al/CuO energetic film, which can generate flame when ignited by an excitation voltage. To match the flame energy, lead styphnate is chosen in this study as the lead charge. The S&A device contains four semi-circular barriers, which are directly driven by V-shape electro-thermal actuators to gain active control of the pyrotechnics' ignition condition with rapid response. To improve the system's reliability, the four barriers are axisymmetrically placed in two layers, two barriers for each layer, to constitute a double-layer structure with a thickness of 100 μm. The ignition test results show that the S&A device can prevent the initiator from detonating the lead charge in safety condition. In arming condition, the lead charge will be detonated.  相似文献

在考虑扭力矩作用的基础上,建立曲折槽保险机构的动力学模型,以某机构为计算实例,与传统的动力学模型进行比较。数值计算结果表明:引信跌落到硬质地面时,扭力矩的影响作用不明显,而跌落到松软地面上时扭力矩使惯性简的位移响应明显增大,不能忽略。其结论为判断长储引信勤务处理意外跌落的安全状态提供了理论参考。  相似文献

本文对目前静电感度试验的现状进行了分析。在理论分析的基础上解决了JGY-50型静电火花感度仪的串联电阻和真空开关所带来的问题。提出了桥丝式电火工品的静电感度测试新方法,通过一个高压线性采样装置直接测量试样在试验过程中的电压、电流曲线,求得试样实际消耗的能量,以此统计试样的静电感度。采用这种方法,测试了JD-11电点火具的50%发火能与放电时间常数的关系,得到了呈单调规律变化的曲线。  相似文献

2,6-diamino-3,5-dinitropyrazine-1-oxide (ANPZO), as an insensitive high explosive, with a high yield and excellent purity has been prepared at pilot plant scale by an improved method. The synthesized ANPZO is characterized by IR, laser granularity measurement, SEM and HPLC. The particle analysis revealed that the improved method could offer desired product with average particle size of 40 μm and high purity (>98.45%). The experimental parameters exhibited that the detonation velocity of the formulation based on ANPZO was higher than that of the corresponding TATB formulation. The DSC curve showed that the exothermic decomposition of the product occurred at the temperature between 300.5 °C and 360.4 °C. Furthermore, the sensitivity test suggests its safe nature towards mechanical stimulus.  相似文献

本文针对压水堆发生主管道“双端断裂”的大破口失水事故而提出了一种安全装置,对其工作原理及工程上实现的可能作了浅析,对其原理性实验过程及结果作了介绍。实验表明:这种安全装置结构简单,原理正确,工程上易实现,造价低廉。它在大破口失水事故发生初期(约数十毫秒)就能充分发挥其作用。对于防止堆芯熔化具有重要意义。  相似文献

Nano hexahydro-1,3,5-trinitro-1,3,5-triazine (RDX) was prepared using a bi-directional rotation mill and dried under different conditions (liquid, temperature and drying). It shows that the samples cake seriously and the particles grow up obviously by ordinary drying in different liquids at 70 °C, which occurs again after vacuum drying. With the increase of temperature, the degrees of caking and aggregation are enhanced. Well dispersed sample maintaining constant particle size is extracted by supercritical drying, especially freeze drying. Furthermore, the mechanical sensitivities of I-RDX, O-RDX and F-RDX, of which the average sizes are 88.03 μm, 15.32 μm and 0.16 μm, respectively, are evaluated. Compared with I-RDX, the friction, impact and shock sensitivities of O-RDX are slightly lower. However, the friction, impact and shock sensitivities of F-RDX are reduced by 30%, 99.0% and 59.9%, respectively.  相似文献

A 3D laser scanning strategy based on cascaded deep neural network is proposed for the scanning system converted from 2D Lidar with a pitching motion device. The strategy is aimed at moving target detection and monitoring. Combining the device characteristics, the strategy first proposes a cascaded deep neural network, which inputs 2D point cloud, color image and pitching angle. The outputs are target distance and speed classification. And the cross-entropy loss function of network is modified by using focal loss and uniform distribution to improve the recognition accuracy. Then a pitching range and speed model are proposed to determine pitching motion parameters. Finally, the adaptive scanning is realized by integral separate speed PID. The experimental results show that the accuracies of the improved network target detection box, distance and speed classification are 90.17%, 96.87% and 96.97%, respectively. The average speed error of the improved PID is 0.4239°/s, and the average strategy execution time is 0.1521 s. The range and speed model can effectively reduce the collection of useless information and the deformation of the target point cloud. Conclusively, the experimental of overall scanning strategy show that it can improve target point cloud integrity and density while ensuring the capture of target.  相似文献

在高炮火控系统射击校正中,射击诸元需要以数字量形式送入校射系统作为输入信号使用,而高炮火控系统射击诸元大都是采用三相轴角信号形式的模拟信号。为了解决这一问题,设计了一种高炮火控系统射击诸元采集装置实现射击诸元模拟量向数字量形式的转换。首先分析了射击诸元的采集与测量原理,设计了SCOTT变压、采样保持、A/D转换、正峰值脉冲产生、数据处理与控制等硬件功能电路,阐述了采集装置的总体工作过程,在此基础上进行了软件程序设计。该射击诸元采集装置的研制为高炮火控系统射击诸元的采集以及校射工作提供了一种实用的方法。  相似文献

The squeeze-film air damping exists in a lot of micro-electronic-mechanical system (MEMS) devices unavoidably. The effects of air damping in traditional inertial switch with spring-mass system can be ignored for its large volume and mass. But, many properties of MEMS switch, such as sensitivity, resolution and contact time, are affected by the air damping caused from the squeezed air film between two parallel plates moving relatively. Based on the conservation laws for mass and flux and the nonlinear Reynolds equation, the coefficient of squeeze-film damping was derived. The dynamic responses of the inertial switch with and without squeeze-film damping were simulated by using software ANSYS. The simulated results show that the sensitivity and contact time of the switch descend by about 5% and 15%, respectively, when the effects of squeeze-film damping are considered.  相似文献

坦克射击后出现炮膛内壁烧蚀及身管温度上升等问题,其首要因素为火药爆炸燃烧所产生的高温气体。应用内弹道零维模型,以空间平均热力学参数描述坦克射击过程中炮膛内弹道状态,采用四阶龙格一库塔法求解内弹道常微分方程组,计算出内弹道时期火药气体的压力、流速和温度等随时间的变化规律。应用指数函数拟合出后效期炮膛内火药气体温度公式,最后得到坦克整个射击过程中炮膛内火药气体温度的变化规律。通过计算结果与试验数据的对比,验证了计算结果的合理性。此计算结果可为坦克炮身管的烧蚀、热状况及红外辐射特性的研究提供理论依据。  相似文献

利用传导方法研究射频对桥丝式电火工品的桥丝电阻、烤爆、迟发火以及瞎火等性能影响。研究结果表明,在10%发火功率和0.4MHz的敏感频率条件下,所研究的3种电火工品在照射1~5min后,电阻增加1.2%~7.4%,并且17.3%的试样在照射的过程中出现了烤爆;在对经过照射后的试样进行正常的发火感度试验中,发火时间显著增加,出现了不同程度的迟发火,16.9%的试样瞎火。  相似文献

Insensitive energetic materials are promising in the defense weapons field. However, energetic materials still suffer from great challenges and the concern about their safety limits their utilization. In this work, insensitive energetic explosive 3,3′-diamino-4,4′-azoxyfurazan/hexahydro-1,3,5-trinitro-1,3,5-triazine (DAAF/RDX) microspheres were fabricated by self-assembly method. Rod-like DAAF/RDX was prepared by mechanical ball milling for comparison. DAAF/RDX composites with different mass ratios (90:10, 80:20, and 70:30) were obtained. The morphologies and structures of as-obtained DAAF/RDX composites were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), powder x-ray diffraction (PXRD) and fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR). The results showed that DAAF/RDX microspheres exhibited regular shaped microspheres with sizes from 0.5 to 1.2 μm. There was no crystal transition during the modification process. The thermal properties of as-obtained materials were then evaluated by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and materials studio software. DAAF/RDX microspheres showed an advanced decomposition peak temperature compared with rod-like DAAF/RDX. The binding energy and peak temperature values at zero βi (TP0) of DAAF/RDX (90:10) increased by 36.77 kJ/mol, 1.6 °C, and 58.11 kJ/mol, 12.3 °C compared to DAAF/RDX (80:20) and DAAF/RDX (70:30), indicating the better thermal stability of DAAF/RDX (90:10). The characteristic drop height (H50) of DAAF/RDX (higher than 100 cm) composites was higher than that of raw RDX (25 cm), suggesting significant improvements in mechanical safety. The preparation of DAAF/RDX microspheres is promising for the desensitization of RDX and useful for the formation of other materials and future wide applications.  相似文献
