以具有层次结构的局域网作为拓扑模型,考虑共因失效和关联失效这2类节点非独立失效事件发生的情况,建立了交换机节点失效模型来模拟交换机失效,利用Monte-Carlo仿真算法近似计算出网络的两端可靠性,研究2种共因失效事件和3种关联失效事件对网络端端可靠性的影响。结果表明:因资源节点出现故障和协议层出现错误而导致交换机失效的共因失效事件均会降低网络可靠性,且资源节点失效概率或协议层失效概率越大,网络可靠性越低;而由于使用了热备份技术、堆叠技术以及发生广播风暴导致的关联失效事件,即使节点独立失效概率很小,只要相关因数足够大,故障都会快速传播,导致网络可靠性迅速下降。  相似文献

Several problems in the assignment of parallel redundant components to systems composed of elements subject to failure are considered. In each case the problem is to make an assignment which maximizes the system reliability subject to system constraints. Three distinct problems; are treated. The first is the classical problem of maximizing system reliability under total cost or weight constraints when components are subject to a single type of failure. The second problem deals with components which are subject to two types of failure and minimizes the probability of one mode of system failure subject to a constraint on the probability of the other mode of system failure. The third problem deals with components which may either fail to operate or may operate prematurely. System reliability is maximized subject to a constraint ori system safety. In each case the problem is formulated as an integer linear program. This has an advantage over alternative dynamic programming formulations in that standard algorithms may be employed to obtain numerical results.  相似文献

The effect of hot-humid exposure(i.e., 40 C and 98% R.H.) on the quasi-static strength of the adhesive-bonded aluminum alloys was studied. Test results show that the hot-humid exposure leads to the significant decrease in the joint strength and the change of the failure mode from a mixed cohesive and adhesive failure with cohesive failure being dominant to adhesive failure being dominant. Careful analyses of the results reveal that the physical bond is likely responsible for the bond adhesion between L adhesive and aluminum substrates. The reduction in joint strength and the change of the failure mode resulted from the degradation in bond adhesion, which was primarily attributed to the corrosion of aluminum substrate. In addition, the elevated temperature exposure significantly accelerated the corrosion reaction of aluminum, which accelerated the degradation in joint strength.  相似文献

发动机空中停车是航空事故主要致因之一。首先,通过数据梳理和分析,构建发动机空中停车故障树,结合重要度分析理论,求解各基本事件的重要度,得到造成发动机空中停车事件的最薄弱环节——供油系统故障。基于Bow-tie理论,构建发动机供油系统Bow-tie模型,直观地显示了该故障产生的根本原因和可能导致的后果,进而提出了预防该故障发生的对策建议,达到降低发动机空中停车事故概率的目的。  相似文献

Burn‐in is a widely used method to improve the quality of products or systems after they have been produced. In this paper, we consider the problem of determining bounds to the optimal burn‐in time and optimal replacement policy maximizing the steady state availability of a repairable system. It is assumed that two types of system failures may occur: One is Type I failure (minor failure), which can be removed by a minimal repair, and the other is Type II failure (catastrophic failure), which can be removed only by a complete repair. Assuming that the underlying lifetime distribution of the system has a bathtub‐shaped failure rate function, upper and lower bounds for the optimal burn‐in time are provided. 为对某次失败的火箭发射过程进行故障分析,本文对可能的故障情况进行了数值仿真研究.根据飞行过程的故障现象及箭载测量数据分析了可能的故障原因,并根据燃气发生器的特点对该燃烧室内雾化、燃烧过程进行了数学建模和数值仿真.根据可能的故障情况进行了逐一的数值仿真和结果分析,并与有限的箭载数据进行了对比.结果表明:采用该数学模型能够很好地对火箭发射过程中的故障进行再现;该型号的燃气发生器存在一定的设计缺陷,需要进行设计优化;扰流环倾斜是此次飞行最有可能的故障情况.  相似文献

采用方波脉冲和ESD脉冲对3种集成电路进行了注入损伤效应实验,目的是比较二者对器件损伤的异同之处。分析时,首先对实验数据作拟合分析,建立起相关的数学模型,然后将模型值和实际值进行比较。可得到结论:实验器件有高压强场致PN结击穿和热效应2种损伤模式。对同一种器件,2种注入方式下的损伤模式相同或类似。方波注入下,各损伤阈值参数可拟合为1个式子来描述它们之间的关系,ESD注入下则还不确定;对同一器件,不同注入方式下的阈值不同,目前结果表明相差2~3倍。  相似文献

鱼雷装载试验信息很少,用数理统计方法评估其装载失效率,结果不能真实反映实际情况.利用灰色系统理论的GM(1,2)模型,结合实例对鱼雷装载失效率和工作失效率的关系进行建模,研究两者之间的关系,推算鱼雷装载失效率.计算结果表明,该方法能达到令人满意的拟合和预测精度,方法简单,具有实用价值.  相似文献

Inventory models of modern production and service operations should take into consideration possible exogenous failures or the abrupt decline of demand resulting from obsolescence. This article analyzes continuous-review versions of the classical obsolescence problem in inventory theory. We assume a deterministic demand model and general continuous random times to obsolescence (“failure”). Using continuous dynamic programming, we investigate structural properties of the problem and propose explicit and workable solution techniques. These techniques apply to two fairly wide (and sometimes overlapping) classes of failure distributions: those which are increasing in failure rate and those which have finite support. 传统可靠性分析的概念只能描述静态逻辑关系,不能满足现代复杂动态系统可靠性分析的需要。在给出动态系统状态空间结构和结构函数的基础上,提出失效序列和失效丛的概念描述动态系统的故障模式,这一概念扩展了传统可靠性分析的概念,将割集、蕴含集等作为其在静态情形的特例。给出动态系统部件的概率重要度、结构重要度以及关键重要度的概念,用实例对提出的有关概念进行了说明。  相似文献

A production system which generates income is subject to random failure. Upon failure, the system is replaced by a new identical one and the replacement cycles are repeated indefinitely. In our breakdown model, shocks occur to the system in a Poisson stream. Each shock causes a random amount of damage, and these damages accumulate additively. The failure time depends on the accumulated damage in the system. The income from the system and the cost associated with a planned replacement depend on the accumulated damage in the system. An additional cost is incurred at each failure in service. We allow a controller to replace the system at any stopping time T before failure time. We will consider the problem of specifying a replacement rule that is optimal under the following criteria: maximum total long-run average net income per unit time, and maximum total long-run expected discounted net income. Our primary goal is to introduce conditions under which an optimal policy is a control limit policy and to investigate how the optimal policy can be obtained. A machine or production system is subject to random failure. Upon failure the system is replaced by a new one, and the process repeats. A cost is associated with each replacement, and an additional cost is incurred at each failure in service. Thus, there is an incentive for a controller to attempt to replace before failure occurs. The problem is to find an optimal control strategy that balances the cost of replacement with the cost of failure and results in a minimum total long-run average cost per unit time. We attack this problem under the cumulative damage model for system failure. In this failure model, shocks occur to the system in accordance with a Poisson process. Each shock causes a random amount of damage or wear and these damages accumulate additively. At any given shock, the system fails with a known probability that depends on the total damage accumulated to date. We assume that the cumulative damage is observable by the controller and that his decisions may be based on its current value. Supposing that the shock failure probability is an increasing function of the cumulative damage, we show that an optimal policy is to replace either upon failure or when this damage first exceeds a critical control level, and we give an equation which implicitly defines the optimal control level in terms of the cost and other system parameters. Also treated are some more general models that allow for income lost during repair time and other extensions.  相似文献

This article considers a modified inspection policy with periodic check intervals, where the unit after check has the same age as before with probability p and is as good as new with probability q. The mean time to failure and the expected number of checks before failure are derived, forming renewal-type equations. The total expected cost and the expected cost per unit of time until detection of failure are obtained. 通过实验研究含不同诱导缺陷的复合材料T型接头的弯曲力学性能和失效过程,采用引入脱黏缺陷和三角区填充率缺陷来诱导T型接头的不同失效模式。结果表明不同失效模式下T型接头所表现出来的弯曲力学性能差异极大,完好的T型接头所能承受的载荷为288.5N,界面脱黏会削弱其30%的承载能力,而三角区填充率的减少会导致裂纹在填充区内部引发和扩展,导致T型接头的弯曲力学性能大幅降低。  相似文献
