复合材料层合结构层向理论及应用进展

层向理论是由Reddy提出来的一种用于精确分析复合材料层合结构的三维板壳分析理论。由于不引入任何的变形和应力假设条件,因此相较于传统的等效单层板理论,层向理论在分析大厚度复合材料层合板壳结构的静动态响应及其局部层间效应时具有较大的优势。系统地综述了层向理论近年来的研究进展、数值解法及其应用情况。具体包括:层向理论的基本原理及发展现状、基于层向理论的有限元方法及改进模型、层向理论在复合材料层合结构静动态响应及含损伤问题领域的应用等。并对该理论可进一步拓展的研究方向进行了展望。

抗击效能是评估舰艇防空作战能力的重要指标,在实际应用中需要一种简便而准确、可靠的评定方法.基于排队论建立的舰艇防空抗击效能评估模型,是从整体观念出发,宏观地考虑总体效果,不但切实可行,而且计算简便.舰艇防空抗击效能评估模型,为舰艇防空作战方案的仿真论证、防空武器的火力分配方案生成提供依据.     

解耦的三轴气浮台非线性模糊变结构鲁棒控制问题

针对飞行器全物理仿真三轴气浮台这一具有不确定性的、耦合的非线性系统,对其动力学耦合和可解耦性问题进行了分析、计算和证明.通过综合变结构控制和模糊控制,给出了一种新的非线性控制系统设计方法,此方法既可以避免变结构控制所固有的颤动现象,同时由于该模糊控制律的解析性,所以也具有实现简单,易于工程化的优点.仿真结果表明,给出的模糊变结构控制,对飞行器模型不确定性和外来干扰具有较强的和良好的跟踪性能.     

Inventory transshipment game with limited supply: Trap or treat

Inventory transshipment is generally shown to be beneficial to retailers by matching their excess demand with surplus inventory. We investigate an inventory transshipment game with two newsvendor-type retailers under limited total supply and check whether the retailers are better off than the case without transshipment. We derive the ordering strategies for the retailers and show that unlike the unlimited supply case, a pure Nash equilibrium only exists under certain conditions. Furthermore, contrary to the conventional wisdom, we show that inventory transshipment may not always benefit both retailers. Although one of the retailers is guaranteed to be better off, the other could be worse off. The decision criteria are then provided for the retailers to determine if they will benefit from the exercise of inventory transshipment. Numerical study indicates that the carefully chosen transshipment prices play an important role in keeping inventory transshipment beneficial to both retailers. Subsequently, a coordinating mechanism is designed for the retailers to negotiate transshipment prices that maximize the total profit of the two retailers while keeping each of them in a beneficial position.     

论师范院校语文教育理论课教学改革和实验

语文教育理论课普遍存在教学结构不合理 ,理论体系和技能训练体系不完整 ,缺乏系统性和科学性 ,理论传授与能力训练相脱节等问题 ,影响了教学质量的提高 ,制约了教学改革的展开。本文对该课程的教学结构进行重新审视、梳理 ,将之划分为两个系统 ,并将其各自要素及相互关系进行分析 ,论证了理论知识系统与教学技能训练系统在教学过程中相互对应 ,同步进行 ,共同深化的科学性和可行性。

分布交互仿真技术在作战理论研究中的应用

介绍了分布交互仿真技术的发展现状,对应用分布交互仿真技术进行作战理论研究的问题进行了探讨。     

基于前景理论和证据推理的混合型多属性决策方法

针对属性权重完全未知的混合型多属性决策问题,提出一种基于前景理论和证据推理的决策方法。通过直觉模糊数对精确数、区间数和语言变量3种混合型属性的决策信息进行统一,根据前景理论对决策信息进行转化;提出基于直觉模糊熵与相似度的属性可靠性评估方法,结合属性重要度确定属性权重;采用证据推理算法集结属性信息,得到方案的综合前景值,并以此进行方案排序。算例分析结果表明,所提方法具有较强的区分能力,能够有效降低决策结果的不确定性,对混合型多属性决策问题具有较好的适用性。     

The struggle of a Kantian power in a Lockean world – German leadership in security and defence policy

ABSTRACT

German security and defence policy has undergone substantial transformation. This transformation requires an unprecedented level of political leadership, suggesting that Germany needs to solve the dilemma of how to supply leadership to increasingly demanding partners. What are the conditions under which German leadership can unfold in security and defence policy? To what degree do German role-conceptions of international agency and role-expectations of German leadership coincide? What kind of leadership outputs are produced? This study offers a comprehensive analysis of German security and defence policy in terms of supply (role conceptions) and demand (role expectations). We outline three leadership role conceptions present in the German strategic debate, which we then assess in the context of the Wendtian theory of cultures of anarchy. We then analyse Berlin's leadership in terms of outputs via the case study on Anchor Army and the Framework Nations Concept. We conclude that while Germany has tried to match leadership role expectations both rhetorically and in action, Berlin's leadership inputs have so far been insufficient. This has led to an imbalance in terms of role conceptions and expectations hampering effective German leadership in security and defence policy.     

基于模糊基函数网络的机械臂免模型输出反馈PD控制

针对无速度信息的机械臂轨迹跟踪控制问题,提出了一种带观测器的机械臂免模型模糊基函数网络输出反馈PD控制。所设计的模糊基函数网络被用来估计关节速度,并同时用来补偿系统的未知不确定。网络的权值及参数调整采用混合算法,且能够在线自适应实时调整,不需要离线学习阶段。所提出的观测器及控制器均不需要任何的机械臂动态模型(包括惯性矩阵逆),并通过引入PD控制使整个方案更易工程实现。基于Lyapunov理论证明了整个闭环系统一致最终有界。两关节机械臂试验结果进一步证明了这种基于观测器的反馈控制算法的有效性。
